Great until it stopped pairing with bluetooth headset
Bought one about a month ago. It stopped pairing with bluetooth headset after about the fourth use. Thinking it was just that one, I returned it and bought another because the sound quality and size was great. The second purchase did the same -- it stopped pairing after several uses. I returned the second one, too. I wish it continued to pair cuz it was perfect for outdoor use training 20+ dogs at the park!

Headmic will not charge
I should have listened to some of the reviews that I had read when I ordered my little sound system that I use b/c I work with seniors all day and I am a singer as well who cannot afford vocal damage.Several reviews reported that their head mics would not recharge. I used my system to teach a senior zumba class and it was wonderful and I was so excited. I plugged my stuff back into wall for future use and the headset light would not even go on.I am going to look at it again at my office tomorrow and see if I can send it back if I can't fix it.The size and weight and loudness were exactly what I needed!Can I please get a new headset if needed and why is this happening?Thank you... Melody BasilPS... I am writing this PS part a month later than the above. Nothing changed. I can't even get the head mic to hook to the blue speaker or work. It only worked once!! I was so excited.

Not what I need it
I bought this for my special needs phone, but the microphone was to big for his head and he was very uncomfortable with that. I returned the product. Maybe can be good for other uses.I give 3 stars because it was good quality of the product and sound.

Handy for doing product demonstrations
This is a great little audio system when talking to small crowds while demonstrating products in quiet places. It is NOT loud enough for a trade show or large convention center. The head set design needs improving as it does not fit different size heads. With a lot of bending (it is not intended to change shape) I made it work. The sound is great, just not very loud. Works great at a farmers market.

Powerful sound in an extremely noisy setting!
I bought this for school for my classroom and I found out that it rivals the one I had which cost $600. This was even tested in a powerhouse with numerous machines running for a tour group and it was amazing how you could hear the tour guide. The guide even wanted one when she was done giving the tour!

Good for close space like an office or conference room
It was good speaker but the sound range to small for my needs, I am working in open spaces.

Supplier support requested
We did use this the first two weeks with no problem and then it continues to die before our 45 min class finishes. Would have returned but the window closed to do so. Unfortunately I wish the supplier would replace this item
