I like a large cooking/serving spoon for frying and sauteing. I don't want a spoon that has a pointy end, and they are hard to find anymore. This fits the bill perfectly, allows me to 'scrape' the bottom of the pan to ensure uniform cooking.

Was looking to replace a spoon I've had for 20 years (pictured for comparison). Not enough of a flat top, scoop portion is too deep, dislike the way the handle is angled instead of flat. Seems to be good sturdy spoon, not what I'm looking for. Average spoon so average rating.

This is a perfect cooking spoon. The flat end does a great job scraping the bottom of a pot of oatmeal, pudding, or whatever. The bowl of the spoon holds 1/4 cup, just right for ladling out pancake batter. The spoon is light enough to stand up in a cup; it's well-balanced. The price is fair. We're delighted with it, and we're buying a second one for a gift.

This is a little over-priced, but as several commented, it's hard to find this kind of spoon and the other brands are MUCH more expensive.This is very good quality, and I love the metal section that prevents the spoon from flexing during use! I may have to buy another fora back-up.

Looking for a metal stick and non-rounded bottom. Just like my old one that lasted at least 15 years. It's great to scrape the bottom of the pan and corners. Metal stick means strength

I have been looking for a flat-edged spoon for quite some time, and I was excited to find this one! I ordered two, and they work great for stirring gravies and sauces and making sure you get the last little bit out of the pan or pot!

Love this spoon. This is what i been searching for. The metal shaft for sturdiness and plastic/nylon spoon to not scratch my pots n kettles. I have similiar to these this this is what i wanted. Will be back for more

I was looking for a not too big cooking spoon that had a stiff shaft that wouldn't bend when serving out of the pot.

I have used it several times now for savoury cooking & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Tip to tail it is 13" long. I have the same line in a spatula and they are my favorite as well.
