Kuryakyn 7599 Motorcycle Foot Controls: Longhorn Offset Trident Dually Highway Pegs with Magnum Quick Clamps for 1-1/4" Engine Guards/Tubing, Gloss Black, 1 Pair

I’m using these on a 2007 Electraglide Classic. They were easy to set up. They are comfortable to use while riding, and very sturdy. I’m about 150 lbs. and can put my whole weight on these highway pegs. They are also very adjustable for length of leg, and width positioning. I’m about 5’7” and have the pegs extended toward me. If I had longer legs I could extend them away from myself and probably gain 6-8”. All in all, I’d buy these again. Quality product, looks great, and feels great to stretch out on the ride.

These are great, first of all, very versatile. However, when I ordered the company was out of 1" clamps and my engine guards on my 2021 Honda Rebel 500 ABS SE are 1". My order, which was reasonably priced compared to the manufacturer's site, included 1 1/4 clamps which of course won't work. I was encouraged by several folks on here to order 1" clamps from rivco. Well... no. They don't fit right, and there is a key part that doesn't match up with the Kurakyn longhorn highway pegs, so barring trying to somehow file/cut off some steel and beautiful powdercoating on the rivco's, I'm sending them back. And now all of sudden there is a suppy of the perfectly matched 1" clamps made by Kurakyn, and those are the ones you want, if you need 1" clamps. Who wants a 90% solid attachment to highway pegs? Not me. And Amazon is a third cheaper than buying them from K, looks like, with free shipping. The blacked out highway pegs are the bomb, by the way. Look great, super adjustable, good quality.

Turns out, highway pegs are a damned difficult decision! I looked at a lot of stuff before settling on these. They lock down very securely (just don't over-torque!) and feel very firm under my feet. The big selling point with these is the adjustability, and they are great in that regard - but it does take some patience to set them up exactly the way you want. I did it without any help, just took a while. The other thing to consider is the look, and the fact that they are a bit bulky. For a big cruiser like my Indian, they definitely work - but they definitely do not make the bike smaller. ;) They add about an inch of width to the bike, which is one more inch to worry about when splitting lanes in CA, but hey...it is what it is. Overall though, they really do look good on an Indian Chief, I'm sure they look good on Harley's too. They are definitely built well and I don't expect any issues with floppiness or slippage - they have teeth on the critical joints so they lock down securely under your feet. 4.5 stars. I'd go 5 stars if they were designed such that when folded up they added no width to the bike. The sleeker alternative I was looking at was the Lindby highway pegs, which mount and fold up in such a way that they are positioned behind the highway bar rather than to the side, so they add no width and are very low profile, but...I read way too many reviews that they are overall crap, they strip out the threads easily when mounting which means cheap tin (affirmed by someone on an Indian forum I chatted with), the peg flops down unless over-torqued or modified with washers (that could be dangerous in traffic), and when I contacted Lindby with some questions, they never even bothered to reply, so I said screw it and went for the big pegs! I'm happy.

Bought 2 sets for my motorcycle . I’m 6-2 and have long legs . These worked great and half the price Harley and Indian wants .

No me sirvieron ya que las abrazaderas que fijan a las barras de proteccion del motor de serie, son muy grandes. La calidad aparentemente era muy buena y parecían fuertes, pero no pude instalarlas. Me devolvieron el dinero sin ningún problema.
