Sundown Biotin, 1000 mcg, 60 Tablets

I've been on this brand of Biotin for well over a year with no complaints. Of course I'm taking Biotin to help make my hair stronger and thicken up. It has done just that because before taking Biotin my hair was quite thin and now my hair over the past year has shown signs of thickness, even my beautician has noticed during my last visit. Remember water is also key since these are water-soluble and you don't want breakouts, so get into the habit of drinking lots water if your going to take Biotin.

Working good hair is thicker.

I ordered this for my nails people told me it would help. I am still waiting, no luck yet my nails split and get infected.

I have a hard time taking vitamins ,but these were no problem at all . They are super small (no gag reflex) .I just wish they were sold in 5000mcg . I can just double up on the doseage .
