The best "floating" bluetooth headphones I've found, but not perfect.
I've owned the Motorola S305 and the Soundbot 2221, and the Arctic is better than both. The sound quality is far superior to the Soundbot, and they are more comfortable than the Motorola.Pros:-->Folding arms make these very easy to store.-->Cushioned pads are very comfortable and I can wear these for a few hours before my ears hurt.-->Sound quality is about as good as I'd expect from a pair of bluetooth headphones (not shrill, pretty decent bass). MUCH better than the Soundbots, and still noticeably better than the Motorolas (I think because the pads block out more ambient sound than the Motorolas).-->Battery lasts a long time (MUCH longer then the Motorolas). I use these for a couple hours almost every day and only have to recharge every two weeks. Battery charges up fairly quickly.-->These look fairly sleek for a pair of floating headphones. They are simple, gloss black, and don't look cheap or chintzy. The Motorolas were definitely much prettier, but their small size came at the expense of battery life.--> Easy to clean and resistant to sweat. I trained for and ran a marathon while wearing these.Cons:-->WAY too easy to turn on. These turn on with minimal pressure on the power button, and the amount of time needed to press the power button before they turn on is inordinately short. Oddly, you need to hold the power button down for a longer period of time to turn off, than to turn on. If you don't store these in the hard case they come with, they will turn on randomly in your bag or pocket. Very annoying.-->The earpads are detachable, which I think is actually a feature. However, they seem to come off a bit too easily for my liking, and I worry about losing one or both of them.-->The forward/back/pause/volume buttons feel a bit fiddly and sometimes don't respond at all (not often, but often to be annoying). The buttons on the Motorola were much more intuitive, felt better, and always worked.Overall, I've yet to find a better pair of around-the-neck AKA "floating" bluetooth headphones. The shortcomings are definitely worth overlooking. If the too-easy-to-turn-on buttons were fixed, they'd be perfect.

Weak sound quality - worse battery life.
Update: the batteries seem to be dying after a month of barely using them. Won't hold a charge for more than an hour. There are plenty of better options for the price range (though these are by far the most comfortable, and the carrying case is nice.Having them almost completely die after a month and a half (just after the return policy expires, no less) isn't even worth the few bucks saved over more expensive models.---------Much more comfortable than the Soundbot version that they're clearly based on (or vice versa)... A bit on the heavy side, but not too much so. Sound quality is pretty bad, though. It makes everything sound like mp3s that are too heavily compressed... Which is weird. The Motorola S305 have much clearer sound, weigh less for the same price. The one nice advantage of these, is they fold down and come with a carrying case - which is great if you're camping / biking and need to stow them away safely in a small spot.

Extremely poor microphone
I bought these to replace an Arctic P311 headset that got stolen. The P324 headset is comfortable, and the music playback quality is quite good. If that was all I had wanted these for, I would have given this item 4 stars. However, I make frequent phone calls, and the microphone volume on this unit is horrible - I have to literally yell in order to be heard. As a result, I was forced to return this headset.

As good as the P311, if not better (but battery issues)
I am writing an update to my original review because after less than six months the battery has all but failed. If you look at the one star reviews you will see many complaints about the battery. It will charge and play initially but will lose the charge quickly. Sitting idle, it will lose the charge by the next day. I'm downgrading my rating to 3 stars. Obviously many people don't have this issue, but it appears to be a common problem.Original review:I have had the Arctic P311 for several years and have loved it. The battery was starting to get dodgy, so I recently bought the P324. The P324 is different in several respects but not necessarily better or worse.First, initial pairing is about the same. However, connecting once paired is quicker on the P324 than the P311.Second, the P324's comfort is outstanding. The P311 was also very comfortable, but the P324 outdoes it. After a while, you may not even realize it's on your head.Third, sound quality. The P324 sounds very different from the P311. I think the difference is in the equalization - while the P311 has a very flat response, the midranges on the P324 are deemphasized, leaving it with heightened bass and treble. This is not necessarily bad, and I suspect I will get used to it. Neither the P311 nor P324 are anywhere close to audiophile quality in part due to limitations of bluetooth. But I find both very listenable for music. One minor downside to the P324 - it doesn't seem to go as loud as the P311 which may be an issue in noisy environments. The controls for both are nearly identical, and so far the battery life is comparable to when my P311 was new, which is outstanding. Overall, it's an good choice for inexpensive bluetooth headphones.

Not as good as p311 pretty good
Arctic is my go to Bluetooth headset I've had 3 sets and loved them all. Everything for the p324 is accurate in the description I'd have to say this set has about the same battery life as the p311, I don't like that the range is shorter on this set and it doesn't warn me when the battery is low and there is no beeping for when it goes into pairing mode unlike another brand of 4.0 set I had this does not support dual pairing. I value this as less then the p311 but as far as Bluetooth headsets go this is a good set

Arctic P324 BT - Bargain!
I enjoy my audio over a number of devices and was excited to try these headphone's out. At first I was skeptical that a Bluetooth headset with mic at such a low price, however I was wrong to worry. They are comfortable to wear and fold away easily into a carry case making them easily portable, they also look awesome though if I could change one thing it would be to move the actual receiver to the left hand ear. When I'm out and about I generally have my mobile in my inside breast pocket, which can cause interference, so changing the ear would correct this. The 30mm Driver's on there own can sound a little tinny at full volume, but if you can use an equalizer this fixes everything and the sound is excellent, again considering the low cost of this headset I wasn't expecting the best sound but they are comparable to another pair of headphone I have at the same price market (and they are wired, without mic etc.)I also had no issues with the mic, was able to use it for voice activation on my mobile and was able to use it in game on my home computer.20 Hours of active time also means even if my mobile had a full charge the headset would outlast the phone which is all I need. All in these were a great bargain.Arctic have managed to create a wireless Bluetooth headset which can stand toe to toe with anything around the same price and even with some that are double the price. Highly recommend.

Decent except for one problem
I've had other versions of these headphones from the same and other brands before and they're what you expect for the price. The sound is decent, the battery life is very good and having the extra buttons is very useful. The main problem I've found is that unlike other versions the power/pause/play button isn't recessed compared to the other buttons, this means they're always turning themselves on. Put the headphones in your pocket, they turn on, put them in your bag, they turn on, put them on your desk sitting upside down, they turn on, put them in the hard case they come with, they turn on.It's seriously annoying going to take a call to suddenly see your phone is connected to your headphones when they shouldn't even be on

Keep the case, you'll need it
I bought these after my Aukey version of the same style headphones finally stopped working. The Arctic version aren't as comfortable as other similarly designed headphones, unfortunately. They just seem to sit wrong and their presence is noticeable when you're wearing them, especially with a collared shirt or hoodie. Sound quality is decent for on-ear headphones and battery life is excellent. The big problem with this design, though, is the controls, particularly the power switch. It's way too sensitive. You can't just fold these up and put them in your pocket - you *will* end up accidentally switching them back on. Even putting them back in their hard case, I've managed to accidentally switch them on again a couple of times. That quibble aside, they're decent enough at that price point. I've also used them for running with no problems.

Great for listening to music, but not great for phone calls
This bluetooth headset is comfortable to wear, produces good quality sound suitable for music and speech and the battery lasts for ages! The folding mechanism allows for compact storage, and comes with a nice case, though I don't use it because it's reasonably durable. It has a few niggles that keeps it from being a 5 star product: It's not great for phone calls - my phone contacts complain that I'm too quiet so I tend not use it for phone calls now. Also, it's push once to turn on, which means it's so easy to turn on by mistake - it would be better if it was push and hold to turn on.

Very Impressed
I bought the Arctic P324 BT (Black) on the 10th March. I have had easy over 48 hours of use time with the headphones and I can say that i'm impressed. The headphones come in a Small packaged box, secured well and easy to handle. After I opened the packaging, the contents including a hard case to carry the headphones in, inside that is a USB power lead for charging the headphones. The headphones themselves are very comfortable around your ears and aren't heavy unlike other headphones. Having Bluetooth 4.0 means that the range is excellent and you don't have to carry your media devices around with you if you are in the house. The sound quality is very good and the noise cancellation is better than most. The charge time isn't ridiculous and the playtime is up to 20 hours. Their are also a range of colors to choose from when you are buying the product. Overall the product is very good and I have already recommended it to multiple people.
