Haven't healed yet- but can feel like these might do the trick!
PF sucks. This is my 3rd or 4th round of experiencing it. A friend recommended these and I can say that I do appreciate the support! The only drawback, the material in the sole portion. So I bought two different types of their insoles and have the same problem with both-- when you put your shoe on it messes with your sock. So while you've alleviated the pain of your PF- you've now put your toes through it with the sock being too tight in the toe box, OR bunched up in the arch of the shoe. So I'd ask if they ever go back to the drawing board to use moleskin or something the makes it POSSIBLE to wear socks with these insoles in. Just my experience

Have recommended these to many
I play tennis 5-6 days a week and these help a lot! I’ve recommended them to about 5-6 others who swear by them as wellOnly issue I have is full foot inserts are too small (I wear a 14 and largest size is too small and toes hang over end in an uncomfortable position. I now only wear the heel cups

This heel cup provided a perfect amount of cushion.
After experiencing heel pain for several weeks, this heel cup provided me the right amount of cushioned support to walk around all day. The lint tends to stick to the surface, I wish there was a covering over the gel.

softer than expected
I've had similar inserts before- I opted for the medium level ones this time thinking they would give my heels more cushion- that they do- but, they are so soft they don't put enough pressure on the faci area of the foot to stop the pain like my old hard ones. I'm going to keep looking for my old ones they were the best for pain control.

overall just ok (edit from 3 to 4)
so let me start by saying i am a line cook and i am on my feet for 12 hours a day at the least. Now these insoles did reduce the pain but after about the 5hour mark of moving around in them they might as well not even be there. (that might be a bit of a exaggeration) Now I'm not entirely sure the full purpose of these insoles are they supposed to kill the pain, or are they correcting my feet thus intentionally hurting my feet but to improve them for the long term. I've only used them a handful of times so perhaps they get better overtime. I will update if that is true. One last thing they do not stick to the bottom of the shoe very well so if you are looking at these for like running these would be a pass they slide and I can see that getting very annoying UPDATE these things are working hard-core I've had them for roughly 5 weeks now and wow have the reduced the pain it's still there yes but not nearly as bad as it used to be I don't think the will be the end all be all but I am pleased with it and hope they continue to improvement feet

Honest positive feedback...
I bought these after i was having a lot of difficulty walking after I started playing pickleball a lot. I started playing around 8/22. I would say my feet were not used to getting so much of a workout prior to starting pickleball. Stomping around the court for many hours a day eventually took a toll to the point I had trouble walking in the evening and in the mornings due to pain and tightness in both heels. I bought a set of the Blue Firm Rubber | Size: Large Men's 8.5-12 and put them in my court shoes. It felt weird especially at first, but it didn't really present a problem. So I kept wearing them, and playing, a lot! I kept them in my shoes about 2 months. During this time it was easier to play, and the pain and tightness in my heels started getting better and better without giving them a break (I continued playing a lot). I recently removed them from my court shoes, because I feel like my feet and tendons etc finally got used to the load I had been placing on them. To me this product was terrific. Not 5 stars only because they seem a little expensive for some shaped rubber. However, I would buy again and I do recommend them.

They actually work
I was really skeptical about these but I figured at the very least they would take up some of the extra room in the loose heel area of my trail running shoes. At first I found the bar you can feel across your heel to be annoying. And the sticky plastic causes sand to stick to them, and the way they stick to your socks and come out of your shoe when you take your shoes off is annoying. I solved that by putting them under the stock insole of my trail running shoes. I wore them on long walks and got used to the feeling of the bar under my heel. Then I did a test. I put in a brand new pair of insoles that my podiatrist recommended and did long walks. The PF pain came back. I put the Heel Seats back in and the PF went away. I tried this twice and got the same results. So I went and hiked 460 miles (so far) of the Arizona Trail with them in under my insoles. My feet did really well, even though at times I felt the hard bar across my heel. This is the happiest my feet have been on a long hiking trip.

Helps tremendously with foot heel Pain!!
I have been dealing with heel pain for a while. None of my shoes were curtailing the pain. I wear good solid shoes but they weren't helping. I came across this product in a Thrift store so I took a chance on them. They really do help and the heel pain has been greatly reduced. I have been using Dr. Scholls for a long time and they don't give me the relief of this product. I now have 5 pairs and will buy a few more so all my shoes and sneakers will have this insert. These are closer to Dr. made heel supports than anything I ever used. If your suffering this kind of problem, give them a try and you will be quite surprised!!

Amazing product. Really do work.
I'm a runner and I suffer from plantar fasciitis. When I ordered these, I couldn't run and was limping badly when I walked. I was sceptical of being pain free within 4 weeks as it said on the box, but I thought I'd try them anyway. The claim of 4 weeks is wrong- within 3 DAYS I was walking normally. Within 10 days, I'd completed a 6 mile run, pain free! I have since purchased another pair and will buy more. I still have a little pain when I'm not wearing the heel seats, especially in the mornings, as typical with plantar fasciitis, but it's nothing like before. The limp is gone, even when I'm not wearing them.Customer service from Heel that pain has been great too. I have just received an email from them with a number of stretches that help ease plantar fasciitis.I highly recommend this product.

Okay for one foot not the other.
Its difficult for me to rate these. They seemed okay for one foot but that foot didn't have such bad plantar fasciitis anyway. These pads are soft and squashy throughout apart from a rigid raised bit that comes up in front of the heel. This is the exact spot where I experience most pain in my right foot and this pad just made it worse so I'd say these are good if your pain is more towards the back of your heel (like my left foot) but not if your pain is toward the middle of your foot (front of heel). Sorry if that doesn't make sense! I also found them quite expensive compared to other similar products.

I cannot believe I am writing this
I am a long term sufferer of Plantar Fasciitis and I have been an even longer sufferer of shin splints. Over the years I have tried everything; full and half orthotics, heel cushions, rollers, creams, potions, physiotherapy, podiatrists, etc. I would hate to imagine how much I have spent and my condition is just getting worse and all exercise was grinding a halt. I was finally succumbing to the fact I need to resort to medical treatment. I then came across Heel Cups and felt I had nothing to loseI have had them for a week. So far and I cannot believe I am saying this but improvement in my condition is actually improving. I have been on TWO runs of 8K and 6K which is unbelievable! In the past, anything more than 3K was too painful. The first run, I was very sceptical, you could feel the fascia bar in the insole. It was slightly painful but I carried on and then I noticed the pain was reducing and I carried on running. When I got home I was overjoyed. I am not saying the pain vanished but everyday it is reducing. I have noticed walking bare feet is not painful and the dreaded getting out of bed and the initial 'walk of pain' has greatly reduced. I am very hopeful for the future.I am considering buy another set. I purchased the Gel-Hybrid Medium for a Mens UK Size 8.

Amazing for plantar fasciitis sufferers
I was very sceptical about these, having bought everything for plantar fasciitis pain relief that exists in the world, with no joy.I have been wearing these for over a month, and initially, they were a bit uncomfortable. But after a couple of days, you get used to them and genuinely don’t even notice them anymore. And they work *amazingly* well. You’ll notice that after your first day of wearing them. I find my offending foot doesn’t hurt *at all* the day after I wear these. However, if I spend a day indoors without wearing these at all, the plantar fascia pain comes back slightly the next day. So I’ve actually just bought a pair of the indoor heel seats by this company.I am a keen runner and have been able to run 12k a day, four or five times a week, without any significant pain (possibly a little niggle here and there, but these last few days have been zero pain).I used to wake up and have to hop to the bathroom on my one good foot, and now I can just walk straight there, like in the old days, before I had any heel pain!I went to the hospital last week for the steroid injection, (which had been booked in Jan) but when they did the ultrasound they said my plantar fascia looked really healthy and they didn’t need to go through with the injection in the end. These have literally changed my life. I highly recommend. (Along with a bit of ice for the heel and an ibuprofen just in case, if you’re into running).

They ease the pain slightly but haven't cured it
I've been waiting to do a review of these heel cups to give them time to work. I have plantar fasciitis and achillies tendonitis and I have tried most things on the market, and most treatments. Although these are fairly flat (wedges are usually recommended for achillies tendonitis) they do help with walking. Initially they felt a little strange as there is a thicker piece running across the top end of the orthotic, but you get used to it. My feet really hurt when walking, and although this hasn't stopped the pain completely, it does actually help a little. I've given 4 stars because there is slight ease of pain when I'm wearing them, but they haven't cured anything and I'm still in a lot of pain. I would say they're worth trying.
