It’s incredible!
It’s incredible how far battery technology has come. One third the weight and significantly more energy to start a motorcycle. I had to invest an additional $55 for a charger that can charge both lithium and conventional batteries but it’s worth it. Besides the weight advantage, it takes less time to start the motorcycle. I’m no longer fearful of destroying the battery if the discharge goes to below 12 volts. The battery management on board will protect the battery.2020 Corona Update - it’s awesome still! I will never buy a standard battery again.

The BEST!
Small, lightweight, and powerful. My bike cranks fast and starts right up. The cost will be justified if it last as long as it should. No more hassles of buying a battery every other year and no hassles of dealing with a dead battery when I would rather be riding.

Crazy lightweight, apparently good electronics built in. Slightly dodgy fit for YTZ10S in 2008 KTM 690 Duke.
Appears very nicely built and obviously a crazy lightweight battery. Fitment for my YTZ10s was marginal. It seemed a little taller than my battery which because a force fit for components above it in my 690 Duke. The terminals were on top instead of the front and I wasn't keen to use their L-brackets to extend the positive post and and have a big positive terminal exposed. So I was able to reroute the positive cable and make it work.

Good so far, after switching from 2 iterations of Shorai
This is the third Lithium battery I've used in my 5th Gen VFR. The first two were Shorai, which I was happy with. But as another reviewer noted, they leave the cell balancing circuitry in their AC charger. The other two lasted just about exactly 3y each, failing to keep the bike running because one cell got out of balance with the rest.I'm quite happy with this one so far (after only about 1 month). I'm looking forward to seeing how this does past ~3y. Install was just as easy as the Shorais. I reused the dense foam that came with those, adding somewhat more as this model EarthX is a bit shorter. Because the terminals are centered on the battery, it comes with brass adapter plates, to relocate the point of attachment to one corner or the other (depending on the requirements of installation). I did't end up needing to use the terminal adapters, as the cables in my bike reached the centered terminals just fine.Just as before, the LiFePo4-based battery starts the bike so much more energetically than any lead-acid (sized for a motorcycle) would.

Bad design, had to return it.
The center post configuration will arc out on a lot of vehicles. They come with post adapters, but you still have exposed metal on top of the battery that will arc to your hold down straps. Returned it and got a different brand.

Awesome battery.
Expensive, but extremely light. We will see in a couple years and when it gets cold how it holds up.

Great!
As described. Easy to install and it comes with all the parts you need. There are even some included, padded spacers. My motorcycle starts much faster now!
