I started out taking just two a day but realized through kinesiology that I needed 3, twice a day for awhile and am now down to 3 once a day. I believe its helped with my sleep quite a bit but haven't really noticed a lot else. I needed three bottles all together, so we'll see by the end of the third one. Thank you Hugh
