Extremely satisfied with this power chair. Maneuvers great in very small spaces and has all the power you need. Great price for this power chair.

Shopped the local med supply stores for similar chairs with similar ratings and specs. for my 82 year old mother and even ordered one that I thought may be the best buy at about 27% more cost. Shortly after ordering the local med supply store called me and said that model was discontinued and a suitable replacement would now cost hundreds more so I cancelled the order got a refund and promptly reordered the same thing from CTM Mobility here on Amazon. I guess I should have done that in the 1st place.After ordering was pleasantly surprised with a call from their shipping dept. that I would be receiving the latest upgraded model from the one I ordered.The power chair shipped out right away and arrived by a pre-arranged appointment in less than a week.Was also pleasantly surprised by how very little assembly and setup there was even for a very mechanically un-inclined individual as myself.When I dropped it off to my mom at the old folks home you'd think she just won a brand new car.She found it easy to operate, control and plug in for recharging. She loves the all the added features and adjustments that allows her to customize her comfort, and ease of use.I Would recommend CTM Mobility and this power chair in particular to anyone and would buy again if needed.

Love this wheelchair. It is comfortable and easy to maneuver in tight spaces. Until it started having problems after about 9 months of fairly light usage. While riding it out shopping it started stopping abruptly and lights on the joystick were flashing madly. Got it home, tightened up all wires. It worked for a couple weeks, then it happened again while shopping. Sent message through Amazon. Within a few days Ewheels called me and the lady (Lexi) called and asked for a video of the flashing light pattern to diagnose the problem. I told her I would get one and to please call me the next day. I got the video, but to this day she has never called back. I have called her number, but you are only allowed to wait for about 10 minutes and then are put over to voice mail. Despite numerous messages, no one has called. I have sent emails, with the requested video, and still no response. I now have a $2000 piece of trash sitting in my bedroom.If this power wheelchair hadn't developed such a severe problem, I would give it 5 stars. And if ewheels would just talk to me I could figure something out, either repairs or dispose of it. Get replacement part if necessary. The unresponsiveness of ewheels is inexcusable. Its been 3 months since I first reported the problem.If anyone at ewheels reads this, PLEASE contact me. I'm desperate.If ewheels does contact me and we work through this problem, I will revise this review. Otherwise, I would advise against purchasing any ewheels products from any source or seller.

Well designed, relatively fast for one of these things, and most important to me, reliable. My girl friend loves it. Only problem we've had is she knocks the plastic left hand arm rest off from time to time. I believe it's designed to come off when she hangs it on something to save damage to the rest of the chair. A short piece of gorilla tape passed underneath has helped. All in all I believe we bought the best chair on the market. The short turning radius makes it easy to use our over furnitured small house too.

This is a great wheelchair for somebody that's going to use it in a mall or on paved sidewalker drive or inside the home. Not good for the yard it gets stuck constantly only goes in reverse without getting stuck. I bought it for that and it wasn't any good for me. Like I said it's great for somebody in the house

I ordered this for my mother who lives in assisted living facility after she had surgery leaving her unable to walk for 3 months. She previously had to call a nurses aid (and was charged per call) anytime she needed to go to a meal / bathroom etc. She is unable to operate a standard wheelchair by herself due to severe arthritis.I looked at local medical supply stores, and on-line and this chair was substantially cheaper than other, comparable options. Delivery time was also actually faster than ordering from store.The chair was very easy to assemble, and she was able to learn to drive it within 30 minutes. The seat is comfortable (important due to arthritis and other back issues) enough for her to sit in for extended periods. Would be ideal if seat / foot support were more adjustable, but good nonetheless.

I am happy so far with chair. It is really comfortable compared to my old chair. Pulls ramps with ease with all wheels in contact with ramp, has a lot of power.

This is not the chair I ordered. The supplier called me and said the chair I ordered would take a long time to arrive and offered me a substitute. The one supplied is a "Compass Sport" and is more than satisfactory. It is comfortable and can be adjusted to the user's needs. The controller works smoothly and also has a speed control. I am in love with this chair!
