Item did not have a DC output and an arc flash occurred at the wall socket when it was plugged in. Sources Wide customer service was courteous and promptly sent a replacement with assurance it was tested, but I had already gotten another brand power adapter. They did advise me to refuse the replacement and return the defective unit back. Great customer service, but a dead on arrival (DOA) item.

If the TV Quits ck the charger first
My charger unknowingly became overheated and burned out the TV would Power up and then shut downThought the TV had issues after inspection and checking the circuity found that the charger would not put out enoughvoltage to start the TV so easy $10.00 spent and TV is working Great

Wrong adapter sent-Wrong voltage, wrong current, wrong size connector.
I ordered this adapter but received, instead, model PZ-1204800. The one I needed for my Vizio Model M221NV Television required an adapter supplying 19 vdc at 3.42 A, but the one I received was for 12 vdc at 4A, and the connector was too big in diameter. too.
