Nice feel
Clean, compact layout. A pleasure.

Great except for one REALLY big con. Some might think otherwise.
Pros: Key pressure is very similar to a laptop. Near full-size keyboard. Power LED (handy in case you move USB plugs around often like I do).Cons: Bad location for Home/End/PgUp/PgDn functions.I really enjoy the key pressure. It almost exactly matches the laptop I have it attached to. The weight is good and it has risers if you need an extra tilt to the keyboard. I can see why people gripe about the LED brightness, but that's not what bothers me. Now about the one con (a big one IMHO) I stated -- To the right of the function keys you have the PrtSc, Pause, Insert and Delete keys. In the lower right you have the arrow keys. But to access the Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys, you have to stop typing and press the Fn key next to the left Ctrl key and then press the arrow key associated with the function you want. This is not intuitive at all!! I had to deduct TWO stars because of this. These are ESSENTIAL keys that are used and it is asinine to have to interrupt typing in order to look at the keyboard and figure out which function is assigned to which key.

Just got it and it is awesome but one small thing I wish it had was a slightly bigger Backspace key. Otherwise good. Good sturdy feel and very much like a laptop and having computed on laptops for 12 years I am now on my first desktop and this keyboard makes the transition very easy. Hope it holds up to gaming and grad school.

Works well for me
I'm a fan of this keyboard overall, though it does take some getting used to. As others have mentioned, the backspace key is very, very short and it's easy to accidentally hit the "\" key until you get used to it. There are also no volume controls on the keyboard. That said, I love the flat keys! I just personally prefer this style of keyboard from using a Mac at home (this is for my work PC). It's much quieter and just feels better, in my opinion. It also seems much easier to clean since the surface is practically flat and you can just wipe the whole thing. It worked immediately, nothing to install, and I have had no issues so far. Not the perfect keyboard but it's shorter and smaller than most while still having a number pad and most of the things that I need in a keyboard.

good touch - very quiet
no battery needed - keyboard has good touch with positive feedback - fast and responsive - I can do sixty words per minute on it.

It would probably be great if you typically use a laptop keyboard
If you type well this keyboard is difficult. The right shift key is shortened and so is the delete key. I am constantly hitting page up when I go to shift and end up deleting lines of text, very frustrating. It would probably be great if you typically use a laptop keyboard, the size is similar.

The keyboard itself is of good quality. The keys are very quiet and it takes up very little space. What I did not like was that the backspace button and the right shift keys were not efficient for me. I can type fast on this keyboard but if I need to correct an error it the small backspace key slows me down. Its more of a 3 1/2 star review for me.This is going back. Still searching for a "wired", flat, small, quiet keyboard to meet my needs. This keyboard meets those criteria but the keyboard layout (which I didn't expect to be a big deal) actually was the deal breaker.

Favorite Keyboard. I have probably bought about 5 of them for other people.
