LG EBR60969206 Genuine OEM Relay Board for LG Range/Stove/Ovens

First, this is NOT an "LG OEM Original Part" as stated on Amazon, not even close.You pay nearly $30 for a SINGLE knob that doesn't function properly. The knob's '6' setting was on my stove's "Off" position. Secondly the plastic knob is half the weight because it is cheaply crafted. The original LG knob is twice as heavy because inside there is a metal disk that this one doesn't have but even a knock off like KONDUONE has which they sell for $45 with FIVE knobs, not ONE.Also the black vertical mark that matches the "OFF" doesn't exist like their picture shows, which the original LG knob has.If you don't want to pay $50 for a single LG OEM knob, skip this $30 knock-off since its not a close match to OEM, instead opt for the KONDUONE knobs which are closer to LG's.

I ordered this replacement because the original knob had a broken plastic sleeve in the collar that fits onto the gas burner control. The new knob felt cheap and lightweight. The old broken knob was much heavier. I used a smaller phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws on the back of each knob. There is a weighted washer on the old knob and a light plastic washer on the new knob. I replaced the new, light washer with the old heavy washer. Replace the screws and it looks and feels exactly like the original knob.

I purchased two to of these knobs to replace 2 of 5 knobs on my stove. What I received was not the same as shown in the photo and is NOT an OEM replacement for the LG Part Number AEZ73453509 knobs on my LG LDG3036ST gas stove.In my photo, the knob closest is the original part. Note the brushed finish and the black vertical index mark on the face of the knob handle. The part ordered from Amazon which states that it is an OEM part has a shiny chromed finish and does not have the index mark. The difference is very noticeable when side by side. Very disappointed. I returned these and ended up ordering the part directly from LG for $3 more per knob.If you're going to replace all your knobs at the same time, these will work for you.

This knob was not an exact match to my oven but the stem was the same shape so it does work. The new knob is 100% chromed plastic where my old ones were aluminum with the plastic stem. The oldKnobs were heavier and not quite as shiny.The fit is good though and it will do fine for my 7 year old stove. I replaced 2 of 5 (on the left) you can see the difference in the pics.

It’s a very different finish. It doesn’t have the black line. The inside doesn’t have red on the screw. It’s not an OEM (original equipment manufacturer” style part or the item the photo. So I ordered the five set because if I’m being bamboozled I might as well get the cheaper five set. The cheaper five set was a little tighter fit than this one and that became the ONLY SAVING GRACE for this sellers item. I can’t believe that LG is the seller for this part and how they bait and switched. But at least it’s a better product than the only other choice. So I gave them 2 stars.

In the picture it clearly shows the knob with the black dash on the knob and the brushed or satin finish. The one that arrived is pure chrome, and does not have the OFF - or the black dash pointer. It also sticks out half an inch than the know it was supposed to replace. Not sure if the knob that was sent was misspicked but i am not happy at all with the product or the price.

This handle is a better design over the original. However it is not an exact replica. The black mark on the face which is a position indicator was not on the handle I received. I would have returned it but I simply didn't have the time to mess with it. Mechanically it is very good with a metal band reinforcement where the original always fails.

It's not the same as the original. You can tell by the weight. Also, mine does not have a black indicator mark like the picture shows in the description. It fits and works fine. Shouldn't be more than 8 bucks. Dissatisfied.

Bought the one noted for our stove, but just didn’t fit

Not original part. Very lightweight and one came with out the numbers on the knob

Quality is not the same as the original part. It’s more lighter made up of tin sheet or plastic. The original one is real steel and heavy.

Easy find and good works with my gas stove

What an epic waste of my money. and 60$ so If I'm replacing 5 knobs I'm looking at 300$.No thanks.
