Don't seem genuine
Absolute garbage quality earphones didn't last more than 2 months for what are meant to be AKG earphones. The logo itself was attached with glue and both earphones starting dying off very quickly. Comfort wise it's not all too great either. And considering what I thought I was getting this is not worth it in the slightest.

AKG is a Brilliant Headset, comfortable, clear sound and definitely value for money.
AKG is a Brilliant Headset, comfortable, clear sound and definitely value for money. This was my 2nd set. The first set I managed to get caught in a door and an ear piece broke off. My bad!I ordered a second set and, sadly, within the 30 days the mic had stopped working. (I was too busy enjoying my summer hols, so I did not get a chance to send back in the 30 day window). I'm not sure what I did to it? I thought I'd let you know, just in case it was reported by others? A third new set is currently on it's way. Thank you

Seem Fine
Some reviews complain these are not genuine. To me they look like a genuine set, and the packet they come in match the original one I had in my Samsung phone when I bought it last year. I bought these as a second set to use in my Xbox Controller. I liked the sound quality and comfort of fit in my originals so thought I'd try these. The build quality appears to match my Samsung phone's original set. The cord is the same braided one and feels the same. The ear buds also look exactly the same and I cannot see any apparent flaws in this set.The sound quality is exactly the same as the original set from my phone so very happy about that. I have only had these for a couple of weeks and because they are only used for gaming I can only vouch for about 10-15 hours of use, so as for their longevity I can only guess. But they cost a fiver, so if they last 12 months I'd be happy.

Have doubts as to whether they're genuine
Having compared these headphones to my genuine pair of white AKG headphones that came with a Samsung mobile phone, there are subtle differences that make me doubt that they are a genuine product. Firstly the AKG label on the headphone itself is a dull, matte brown/black colour as opposed to the metallic silver/grey of my genuine pair. Also the sound quality is noticeably poorer - it's tinny and nowhere near as clear. They're fine for what they are, but if you want a proper pair of AKG headphones I'd buy direct from AKG or an official merchandiser.

Not the real thing.
Knockoff earphones. Quality isn't as good as the original ones but still decent though.

Item was not fit for use
I used it to only make a few calls and each time the receiver complained of the sound quality as there was crackling sound. It was not usable.I am very surprised to note that this item is AGK....
