I bought this light pad for use while diamond painting. Not always, but sometimes the letters and symbols are difficult to differentiate because they are tiny and similar in color. Using the light pad makes all those difficulties disappear. I mostly use it without the stand though. The stand is my only complaint. In diamond painting, there is a little force, though not a lot, needed to make the diamonds adhere to the canvas. I believe the stand to be a bit short for the proper support needed. Likely it would do fine for tracing and such, where pressure is not needed. But this is not enough to detract from the pad or the purchase. Even if I never use the stand, I've gotten my money's worth with the pad, which I should mention is lower in price than most others its size.The color is true LED white. It does not have a heavy blue to it that I saw some people complain of in reviews of other pads. The surface looks to have small holes all over it, but that does not show when it is lit. It's only to allow for even illumination.The cord is great. It is plenty long, much longer than I expected, giving you more versatility in use. Adjusting the brightness is simple. Dim the lights of the room you're in for best results. As soon as you plug it in, a blue light appears near the dimmer button. One press on that button turns the pad to the lowest setting. I like that because it isn't so glaring to blind you. The second press takes it to medium. The next to the brightest. And one more for off. Depending on time of day, for me the brightness I needed did vary. Rotating through the degrees of brightness to find what's best is very quick and easy.The thing that amazes me most was the weight of the thing... or lack thereof. It is so thin and lightweight it would be no problem transporting regularly. Though, I would recommend buying a case for it if planning to do so, as it seems rather fragile.The seller sent an email through Amazon to me just after I received this and thanked me for purchasing their product. They gave all their contact information up front in case something was not right about the light pad. I've made many online purchases and this is a first. I've never had a company thank me and offer their services before I even asked or needed them. I felt this was a very nice touch.I will definitely use Magicfly for future purchases if I need them and highly recommend them to all.

The media could not be loaded.  This light pad is awesome! It’s so simple and easy to use and not cumbersome like they used to be. It’s lightweight, easy to store and all you have to do is plug it in via USB and it has 3 brightness settings. It can be used to trace on cardstock too on the brightest setting which I love. It feels like good quality and is great value for the money. Even my 4 year old daughter has enjoyed using it to trace things! Would definitely recommend!

I really wasn't expecting much when I purchased it because of how affordable it was. However, when I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this light up pad. I sas considering buying one so much more expensive and I am glad I didn't. This pad is super bright and does exactly what I need it to. The only con is I wish it was a little bigger but for the super low price I am convinced this is the best puechase I have made for 2020. 5 stars and would definitely reccomend.

I use it to do Diamond Arts. It's nice,but the light keeps going. Very touchy.

I bought this for my mom to use for her diamond paintings. She loves it! It makes it so much easier for her to see the images and able to work faster. The little stand that comes with it was a bonus for her, now she doesn’t have to bend her neck staring down while working. Definitely a great product and very easy to use.

Works great! Finally I can decipher the tiny letters of the painting. A 6 looks no longer like an 8. Perfect. You just have to move the piece you are working on when you are about halfway through so it all gets over the light.

I use the light pad for diamond painting and appreciate the dimmable light functionality. The pad is light weight and a great size..The clips are clear, small and strong holding, but don't get in the way.The USB cable is longer than expected so I am able to sit further from the plug. I highly recommend this seller and its products. Ship time was less than a week.

First this item has to stay plugged in to work and comes with a short cord. Second the item has stopped turning on at all. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she has used it maybe a handful of times. Of course its past the return or exchange date so nothing can be done.

Works great and the light helps.

This is such a great addition to the projects, it helps immensly to get light on the project and to help those of us who are older to see so much better. I recommend this to everyone.

Easy to use, and bright enough for me to transfer my sketches to watercolour paper. The stand and the clips are handy. It's also super light weight and seems flimsy. I'm worried it will not survive if it were the accidentally drop. Time will tell.

The light box works well, it lets you see the diamond art pattern much better.

It was exactly what my daughter wanted. Works well and is very bright.
