Chef Buddy 49 Piece Swirl Around Food Storage Organizer, Blue (2-(Pack))

As many others have already reported, this item is a total piece of junk. The rack is not usable. We had this type of storage set before and was hoping to get the same quality this time. I really believe that the storage rack parts are not compatible with each other and possibly meant for other models. Of the many, many items I have purchased from Amazon, this just may be the worst.

Visited my mom and noticed she wasn’t using the containers i gave her as a gift. She shared that she wanted to use them but after opening and noticing all that was wrong she just couldn’t. The containers had jagged edges and scratches both inside and out as if they were used. My dad tried assembling the holder but the tower pieces didn’t fit/ snap and a few of them were already broken. To top it off they found left over food residue. Dad was so frustrated that he ended up throwing the holder away. Unfortunately Mom followed and threw the containers away as well. She was excited to receive the containers and get her cupboard organized. She didn’t want to hurt my feelings by telling me or donate it and put another family through the this disappointment.

we bought this to replace an identical one we had and LOVED for 10+ years as we had lost many of the containers over time. This one appeared to be just like it, however upon arrival we discovered it to be poorly constructed.The partitions/holder brackets do not snap securely into the base and had to be glued, We thought we could live with that, but now we have sadly discovered many of the lids do not snap securely onto the containers- so every time we want to use one we find ourselves having to try several lids to find one that will snap on tight and stay on. We would have returned this, but we had already glued the base holder together and felt sure a return wouldn't be accepted. Too bad, the first one we had was awesome!

I wish there was a way to give it negative stars, I would give it a minus 5 stars....Save your money. I bought this a few months ago, the lids are a hair bigger than the container so they do not snap on and fall off very easily and liquids drip out if you tilt the container. The carousel was also worthless, the separator thingies did not fit at all into the base so I threw it away the first day and just kept my old carousel. The lids are so flimsy that the curl like a potato chip. I'm going to see if can get my money back.

I bought this without reading the reviews because I'd had a product that looked just like it for years and thought this was the same thing. Wish I'd checked! Literally no part of this item is what it should be. The rack doesn't snap together, the lids don't fit the tubs, the tubs have raw edges... Wow.When this arrived, I chucked most of my other tupperware in the garbage to make room for it. Thank god I didn't take the garbage out before attempting to assemble this monster! Unbelievable.

definitely not the best quality, came with no instructions and you have to assemble the dividers which is not a big deal until there is not even a picture and things do not fit correctly. Besides that the containers are OK yet the base to organize is kinda cheap to say the least but as they say you get what you paid for, so am disappointed. Aside from that i want to rate the "delivery" of how these new vendor drivers block my door whenever they leave a delivery, they take a picture that shows it one way yet when i try to walk out my door the pkgs are so close it blocks you...stating this as a helpful comment. too far out leaves it to potential of getting wet as has happened, leave in front of the plant on the stationary door NOT the one door that would open outward!

We've had two of these in the past, and it was time to order a new set as we've lost lids and some of the containers from the previous sets have run their useful life. We don't bother with the flimsy holder, because we don't have space for it in the cabinet. I'm not sure what has happened this time around, but the lids they sent do not fit the containers. It's unfortunate, really, and annoying.

Unbelievably flimsy! The base and containers are OK but the pieces that get inserted into the base are thin, bent, and/or broken, and the ones that aren't broken don't fit well. So what's with Amazon's warehouse pre-delivery "inspection"?? There are no instructions included so good luck trying to figure it out. I had previously bought this product from the same company but the new lids don't fit the old containers. Since I don't need the base that turns, I'm just going to keep the containers rather than return it.
