Really fun set. I kept a couple to have a UV light handy and gave the rest out in my office.

Bought these for valentines day gifts, got cards separately. 2nd grade class loved them! Only problem we ran into was 1 of the pens didn't work (the light would not turn on) but 1 out of 20 not working is great!

This was just as described and all the pens and lights worked great. A little too great! Used them for a Sunday school lesson. The kids listed off different sins and I wrote a different one on each kids' hand. Explained how we all struggle with sin and if we keep it in the dark, we can't deal with it (and it will keep growing and multiplying). When God's Word shines His light on it, however, we can see it, identify it, repent and have Jesus helps us with it and wipe us clean. These pens DO stay on really well, though. Soap and water take a lot of washes to take it off. Rubbing alcohol is OK but what I found works the best is Dawn dish soap. If you are using these for a kids party where the kids will write on themselves, I would make sure that: 1.) all the parents are OK with this strong ink being on their kid and 2.) that you have Dawn dish soap on hand! I would definitely recommend.

these work great and are tons of fun! the big pack means more kiddos can have one and write secret messages to each other. can write on skin and surfaces with no harm, just a little wipe off. will probably stain porus serficaces but you wont notice without the light.

As other reviewers have noted, these don’t write in different colors. Still fun for kids but misleading.

This was such a good gift - perfect stockings stuffer. Kids love it.
