Appealing and effective coffee grinder.
Nice device, I would like to see more information about tuning the fineness of the grind.

Broke after first usage
At the moment in the cupboard. The inner tube was glued to the inner grinding mechanical part and hot unglued and currently it "grinds" in void

Money-waster, cheap and expensive if you can only use it twice, before it breaks!
It broke after only 2 uses. In their selling description they claim: "High Quality and Durable 100% satisfaction guarantee" and: "If you have any question or problem with our product, please feel free to contact us. We will offer 100% satisfying solution for you." I did get in touch, admittedly it was later due to prioritising during lockdown. Yet they claim durable and 100% satisfaction, and I didn't think 2 cups of coffee was enough use, before having to throw it away!Their replies summarised 1) You should contact us immediately after the product is used, instead of paying you to buy it once, no matter how long it takes, we will refund you immediately. You bought this product. Rather than unlimited use of this product. 2) Hello, if you want to get a new product, we can arrange a 20% discount for you. 3) we are temporarily unable to refund you in full. We can arrange a 10% refund for you as compensation Think it's ok?4 ) Finally, their reply stopped any refunds or a 100% satisfactory outcome. They wrongly stated that it was nearly over a year since purchase. I had admitted to them that 8 months later to report the fault wasn't ideal. I said I didn't want to buy the same one again, as I would likely have the same problem again. So, I simply question the promises of durability and the 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and I will invest wiser next time. Also, I wished I had seen the low ratings sooner, then I had understood that I wasn't the only one with a broken coffee grinder. Enjoy a good coffee, elsewhere...

Broken after less than twenty uses
The outer part of the grinding mechanism which is meant to stay stationary has detached itself from the housing. Do not buy.

Didn’t Work
I got this as a birthday present. It refused to grind a single bean. It didn’t work at all.
