Identical to OEM Honda
This worked perfectly in a 1998 Honda Accord (non-california). I compared this to the original, and the original appears to be a Denso made sensor as well. The wire is perhaps 1 inch longer. Copper anti-seize compound is included in a small tube (more than enough for installation)Just a note for installers, this does not take much torque to remove (a 3/8" normal size bar) will pop this out easily when cold. Because of it's position in the Honda Accord, it will not "seize" or require extraordinary measures to remove it.It's much easier to use the correct slotted socket (to get around the wire). I used the "Lisle 12100 Oxygen Sensor Socket" available on Amazon for around $15. I had previously purchased it for another car

Pretty sure I received a previously installed part
2 stars. -- I have shaky confidence.. Pretty sure I received a previously installed item. The item had discoloration on the tip, grime on the plug, was not in a plastic bag, and did not have the tube of anti size. I installed anyway and it seems to function. I didn't have any comparison until the downstream sensor arrived. Had i purchased at a local store, would have returned.

Remove white plastic cover inside plug
This was the correct part for my 2001 Honda Accord 4-CYL VTEC engine F23A1. It came with a white plastic protective cover inside the connector plug. The instructions don't mention this. I had to remove the white plastic cover using long-nose pliers before the plug would insert into the socket. I also had to remove the old neoprene gasket / seal that remained in the connector socket when I pulled the old plug. A little trial and error but worth it.Pulling and re-inserting the "Clock Back Up" 7.5A fuse on the passenger side reset the CEL but also the clock, so I had to reset the time.

I replaced a Bosch sensor that was still working after reading that some Honda's do better with Denso O2 sensors
OEM sensor for 94 Honda Accord LX. I replaced a Bosch sensor that was still working after reading that some Honda's do better with Denso O2 sensors. A minor hesitation during hard acceleration is now gone, and gained 2-3 mpg. My 22 year old Accord with 240K miles now gets the same gas mileage as when it was brand new.Exact fit, includes anti-seize compound for the threads.

Works on my 96 Accord LX
Works on my 96 Accord LX.Plug and Play.Check Engine Lite reset to normal after reseting the computer (I pulled a fuze from the box to do this per internet search).Note: For SMOG, If you reset the computer, you have to drive about 100 miles before you can pass SMOG. I failed the first time cause the "OBD Systems Checks" didn't have enough memory. I drove the car 100 miles or so, went back and it passed. Hopefully this info is helpful to someone.

Perfect fit - LEV 2000 Honda Accord SE (LEV NOT ULEV)
I would have given a 5 if not for the free shipping goof-up.This is a perfect fit for my 2000 Honda Accord LEV (again NOT ULEV). ULEV as other reviewers have noted is 3 times more expensive than LEV. DO NOT INTERCHANGE parts - that is why some people who have posted negative reviews had to deal with. The ULEV O2 cables are longer than LEV O2 connector cables in length.I have visited this page several times and walked away unsure. I had to read all reviews before it began to make sense to me that there were indeed 2 different oxygen sensors for the LEV and ULEV models. So, I repeat, very very important, if you are in the market for an Oxygen sensor ( FRONT or REAR???), Not only do you want to find out that is a FRONT O2 Sensor but also verify that it is a LEV or ULEV car. ULEV cars are the ones driven in California. There are LEV and ULEV models sold up here in the North East. The O2 sensor came with the copper paste (anti-lock or anti-seize compound)...it was a 10 minute job for my mechanic - pop the hood up, remove the protective shield, and using a long socket and wrench, remove and replace. I waited a good week after the installation to come back and post the review. The only wrinkle: UPS SurePost DID NOT surely deliver. They slipped and were unaplogetic and wanted me to sign up for their monthly plan ($3.50) so that I can pay and sign up for picking the package from a UPS distribution center. This is after UPS kept saying the package would be delivered on time and on the last business day, just plain switched the delivery date by 3 more days. I had an appointment with the mechanic which I had to postpone by 3 days. The package apparently sat in a UPS distribution center from Sat morning until Monday morning when it was passed to USPS that delivered it on the following morning.EDIT: I read on the other rear O2 sensor thread this tip - BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, go to[...] and select your make model and you will see...for example, for a 2000 Honda Accord SE, there are 3 varieties of engines (SULEV, ULEV and LEV). Find out which is the right oxygen sensor, come back to Amazon and purchase

Not for P1166 P1167 Codes on 2002 Honda Accord EX
If you get the codes P1166 Airflow Sensor Bank 1 and P1167 Sensor 1 Heater, you would need the Denso 234-9014 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor. This is the upstream sensor. The 2002 Accord doesn't use a regular O2 sensor, rather fuel ratio sensor. Things to look for and very important (1) Engine type, mine is F23A4 which could be found on the side panel of the engine on the drive side. (2) take out the original sensor and you will see the model, which on mine, is Densor 192400-1020 - this is Denso 234-9014.For the two codes, don't get Denso 234-4620 Oxygen Sensor, nor Denso 234-4209 Oxygen Sensor.

A great part just maybe not from Amazon..
This is my second oxygen sensor that i will now have to purchase. The first one arrived with partially attached wire, severely disappointed, but i was in dire need of the part so i was forced to install it. Held up just to outside of my one month return window (perfect, i know). However, amazon replaced it for me regardless (thank you). Now i am having issues with this one again just after one month with my engine throwing a p0133 code. I don't like throwing parts at a problem so i took my handy dandy voltmeter to the problem and oh and behold that the oxygen sensor is completely dead... I have been able to mend the problem with an old Bosch sensor i had in stock, but i would like to have OEM quality in my car. Will Amazon be able to provide???????

2002 Accord F23A Engine
This is the correct Part for the front Oxygen/Fuel Sensor. On the denso site says its a different part number but that is incorrect. Check the white sticker on the right side of the engine if it says F23A this is it If you got a Code: P0135 Engine Light Code. Also if you want to save some money but the 234-2621 instead the wire is a bit longer, but it sthe exact same part.
