Getting Work Done in Style
Amazing! That word describes this chair. No one who sits at a desk should be without this chair. The support is in the right places and the adjustments are easy and flexible. My only dislike is that I did not have this chair ten years ago. It fits my 5’6 wide female frame perfect.

Came Damaged
Product came damaged. It has tears on the arm rest. It’s uncomfortable to sit for hours at a time.

Maybe a bit firm, but the construction quality is flawless.
I really wanted a computer chair that tilted (rocking) and reclines, and has adjustable arm rests. The Secret Lab has those in spades. But the extra firmness in the seat, on old bones, was a disappointment. The factory basically advised waiting through a break-in period of up to six weeks before deciding to contact them again. But I found a solution for all of us. My response to Secretlab follows:Hi Valencia, According to Google I can enhance my comfort by accelerating the usage experienced by the cushion. So, I have done that by applying regular pulses of moderate impact from a rubber mallet that I also happen to have on hand. After just twenty or thirty new evenly distributed 2" impacts in the area of my sacroiliac impressions, I must say there is some improvement. You see an eighty year old man (or person if you will) really doesn't want too much time to expire in anticipation of Nirvana. Just beat it!.
