These have been a godsend for my daughter
My daughter is a big fan of gummies for any multivitamins or medication she has to take. She'd been struggling with constant bugs, lots of sore throats and being quite run down, so I decided to try zinc and see if it made any difference. It's been about 2 months and it really has made a difference, she hasn't been off school sick since. She likes the taste, she prefers it to her strawberry multivitamin one, she says it's a nice orange. The gummies seem to be good quality and good value for money, with enough of a vitamin content to have made a difference to my daughter. It's definitely worth a try.

Good for kids who have problems swallowing tablets, but they only contain half the recommended level of vitamin C so have to buy a supplement to add on which isn’t ideal! For the price they really should contain the recommended vitamin C dose.
