This kettle power lead I found to be the same as I needed for a wallpaper steamer that I misplaced the power lead for so is perfectly suitable.

Good value, great length and the perfect all-around replacement part
I brought this to replace a lost wallpaper stripper cable. This cable fits perfectly and also a decent length. If you are looking to replace a wallpaper stripper cable, I would highly recommend this one.

Good leads
Probably not the cheapest but. smiley delivery meant we were able to use the wallpaper strippers after the cable-fairies stole the other cables.They are sturdy cables and confident they will last and not be overwhelmed by the lack of TLC :)

Was fitted with a 5amp fuse.
The cable was fitted with a 5amp fuse not the 13amp as advertised, which is no good for a kettle or wall paper stripper. When I fitted a 13 amp fuse because the 5 amp fuse blow, the cable started to get warm so because of my worry of a fire I through it away and got a 13 amp fused cable from RS components which also had a high rated cable 1.0 mm area instead of the 0.75mm on the original cable.
