comfortable . although I do not know how long you can use it . what is the long term effect .

I swear this product actually constipates versus makes you go. The ginger in it also burns my stomach to hell. Though I think their blend of various herbs makes me less bloated. Still not worth it.

I have been using Enzymatic Therapy Laxatives for years, with no side effects. Over the counter laxatives make me sick to my stomach, but I have no problems with this product. So happy to find it on Amazon for a great price!

Gentle and effective...not like taking a chemical laxative at all. I've used Enzymatic Therapy's Simple Cleanse before with no side effects. This product is like the laxative portion of the cleanse.

Didn't work. Went back to Cleanse More even though it is more expensive.

This product is a blessing. It contains magnesium plus 2 different proprietary herb blends, which really do the trick. I've recommended it to other people with IBS and to people with complications such as MS that can cause constipation, and everyone has always been amazed that it works so much better than anything else, with no uncomfortable side effects at all. A lot of times it only takes one caplet, taken at bedtime. Hooray! I hope this product is around forever. Otherwise, we're S.O.L.
