Nintendo 3DS Cover Plates No.012

This cover plate is one of the better cover plates you can buy, especially if you want to add a little grip to the feel of your New Nintendo 3DS. It's soft, fabric-like material (felt), and it feels good to the touch. The only downside with this kind of material is that it's an additional layer on top of the standard plastic casing. As a result, it doesn't sit entirely flush with the system.As you can see from my pictures, there's a little gap towards the middle on the top plate. It doesn't feel loose by any means, but it's there. With the 3DS open it's not noticeable. It may fit a little more snug one the case is broken in a little more, and this may just be a fluke with mine, but that's just speculation on my part. Overall, if you want a cover plate that adds some grip and won't get scratched up easily, you can't go wrong with this.

I love the suede/felt feel of it, and how comfortable it is when playing.The designs are great and they "pop" out. You can see the detail easily.I do have a problem with this cover plate, but it is not a major one.I do not like the gaps. This cover plate is not flushed with the system like the Pokemon red and blue plates I got. You can see the gaps on the front and back cover plate. They are in the middle.You can see an gaps on the pictures I provided.Overall, I love these plates and I recommend them. The gaps are not that big of an issue.It is safe to buy from ToysGlobal JAPAN Store since I bought these plates from them and they arrived safely to my house with prime shipping.

I really like the look and feel of this faceplate. It's felt! Awesome texture. But I have to switch it out if I'm going to be playing games while eating a snack, because I worry I will stain it. Also, I don't know if it's just mine or all in general, but there is a little bit of flex on the top plate. It doesn't sit completely flush with my 3DS, so there is just a small gap around the middle. I don't mind it, but it may drive other perfectionists a little crazy.

I got the cover plates because I wanted something scratch resistant. So far, so good. It's been around two months. Like some other reviewers, mine has the issue with the top plate not laying flat to the device but it doesn't bother me. I take it around in my purse, backpack, work bag, you name it, and the defect hasn't caused any issue. I feel like there's more grip from the texture and it's just cute too. Was definitely worth it for me!

Love the way this makes my n3DS feel. The felt gives a sense of luxury, and everyone's reaction to holding it is "oohhhh, this is niiicccee." It does bulge up a little bit on the top cover plate. I used some double sided tape to keep it down, but it wouldn't bother me if I hadn't.

It's so soft, I can't help but pet it whenever I'm not playing it.

プレートそのものの厚みから出来が違います、すべり止めにもなり持った感触がとても良いです。ただ公式ページにもある様に手入れは必要なので丁寧に扱うと良いです、元値が高い分の価値があります。

発売当初から桁違いの金額のプレートでしたがようやく安くなってきたので購入✨やっぱりフェルトはいいですね。でもクリアパーツを着けているので素材感は楽しみませんが😅

new3DSの特徴の一つに表面カバーの着せ替えがあります。これを付けると、ゲーム機らしからぬ手触り。高級感ありありです。まぁ、手垢で汚れそうなので手入れは必須ぽい。ただ、ネジ止めしない方のカバーにわずかなガタつきがあります。カメラの下辺りが浮いている。フェルト張ってあるからパネルがまっすぐじゃ無いのかな。
