It is hard to find a blackening that is not full of salt, but this one is that. It has an excellent flavor and you can add more if you want it spicier.

This product has great flavor. And not too salty. Some of our main stream grocery store blackening seasonings are just overwhelming with salt. This product has a great balance. And since traditionally you would use a lot of blackening seasoning it just adds a lot of flavor, and that’s the point.

This is a tasty rub that produces a good blackened fish. It is light on the salt, to my taste, which could be good for those watching their sodium. I give the fish an extra dash of salt and it comes out just right.

Great cajun type spice. I have been using it more than I believe that I would. Its quality as far as I can tell. Keep one jar give another away.

This is decent spice mix but too much cumin.

Not too hot, not too mild, great depth of flavor. No reason for the god-forsaken "lightly blackened"The best blackening seasoning I've ever had (much richer, fuller flavor than Chef Paul's (sorry big guy))
