Been using NADH for years and years. It helped pull me from a major disease (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with POTS) and is helping me currently with serious brain injuries. I can’t recommend it enough.You must take high enough dosages for Your needs. For me for CFS I needed 100mg/day. With brain injuries I need 60-80mg/day.If you don’t take enough you won’t find much difference. During my healthy years I didn’t need it at all. My body produced enough on its own. I know that part of my need now, and I will soon increase again, is not just injury but aging. This helps compensate. My husband has started on 20mg a day and noticed pretty quick help.It’s takes at least a week to see differences. I suggest dosing up until you know which levels you need.I love Swanson’s price point. It’s only problemis the current batches are older and so some of the pills have come darkened and no longer effective. Contacted the company and they refunded immediately. Hoping they clear it up soon.

I suffer from many chronic health issues including MCAS, CIRS, candida, SIBO. I have had brain fog and memory issues for the last 8 yrs that had gotten worse. My holistic practitioner suggested NADH as I had a low VEGF level. This has certainly been a game changer for me! Not only has it brought my level up in no time, but I no longer feel like I am in a "FOG" and can remember what I am doing. My thinking is much more clearer and sharp. I've probably spent a couple thousand dollars on supplements in the last few years to help with some pretty severe cognitive decline, and these are actually one of the few things that've had a positive effect on my mental clarity. I was functioning really well while I was taking them, and since I've stopped I've returned to my baseline of really bad brain fog and slow thought processes. I'd definitely highly recommend at least trying this product, it actually seems to make a difference.

This NADH is expired 4 months ago. I want to return it to Swanson. I though Swanson was reputable but I guess not!

If you want the convenience of using a pill box, this product tends to turn brown and start to crumble.However, I didn't notice anything other than an off taste - the effects seemed the same whether it changed color or not. But I can't risk it and have lost part of pills due to crumbling after they turn color.

My DR told me to try this as a supplement and I do feel more energy (not wired) when I take it. Like the fact it's sublingual.

After two days it started working. The effects only lasted for a week. Based on cost, I probably won't be repurchasing.
