I am an old customer of Lordhair and have been buying hair systems from them for more than two years. I have to say that during these past two years their service towards me has been excellent. I must have probably bought more than 20 hair systems from them. The hair on one of the hair systems I once bought started to fall out very quickly but Lordhair soon resolved the problem. I sent the hair system in question to to them and after they received it, they identified the problem and sent me a new system the next day. I used to use other brands at the beginning. You couldn’t guarantee the quality of the products however and the companies would always make excuses for the problems with the quality but I have been very satisfied with Lordhair. As a loyal fan for two years, I really like the customer service of Cherry. She is very kind and considerate. I made a video to show what their products look like on my head. It is the best result I could hope for. I am very lucky to have found Lordhair.

I totally recommend this one “s22”. The base is super thin you can not feel you have toupee and it is invisible and if you care about it you can use it for 2 months, even more. Hairline is very well. Just if they use A counter for front is will best.For ultra thin skin they have good quality hair.

I Purchased the hair system on June 8 and I received it on June 12 and had it cut in and placed by a professional on the 13th three days later the hairs start coming out in clumps leaving bald spots I called customer service to let them know and they said that the particular unit I got was only to last a month anyways sorry. When I explain to them that it had been 10 days or less it should be something they honor. I sent pictures and my order number to prove the time frame. They said they would have an Amazon/Lord hair representative contact me and all they kept asking for was my order number seven different emails and that’s all they asked for every time the last one I got they said that the unit was only lasting for about 30 days and they said sorry again. Very disappointed with this particular product and their customer service

Lightweight and natural looking_ forgot it was on my head at times. However, being so thin based, you have to be careful not to pull or tug hair as it might rip base_ especially when wet. Although I've also worn it while wearing my motorcycle helmet, and all ended well.

This is my second purchase of this toupee, the front hairline is very realistic, no one noticed that I am carrying a toupee, it is really amazing.
