Whenever yeast flares up for me it messes me up bad, these capsules work like a charm and kills yeast on contact. A small suggestion is to also eat something vinegary with them. Vinegar will help kill yeast as well. Like maybe try a balsamic vinaigrette with a salad and see how you feel. Thank you for offering such a wonderful supplement. You won't need to take them everyday if your yeast is not full blown, if it is, then maybe go longer on it. But it works!

After some research, I bought this to treat my candida. My only visible symptom were little white spots/acne on my face, especially around my mouth and jaw. With a low carb diet and the caprylic acid supplements, the spots/acne cleared up in about 2 1/2 weeks. The supplements also helped clear up some of my cystic acne. I started taking 1 pill a day, but I couldn't really tolerate the die-off symptoms. My nose was stuffed, I was bloated, and constipated. So I took 1 pill every 3 days. After 2 weeks, I started taking 1 pill every other day. That worked better for me.

I added this by a friends suggestion and reading additional reviews to a candida cleanse supplement series. It was by far the best decision I have made! It is a MCT oil and I think it does more than just help the gut flora, you have a better immune system and your skin even seems to improve; Also another bonus..... It helps slim your waist from all those sugar foods that do nothing but cause gas and tummy buldge!

I've been researching the right product for my scalp dermatitis and taking this product worked a miracle for my scalp! I haven't been able to wear braids in years and now I have some!!

Took this for 50 days 2 tablets perb day....sorry to say it made no difference at all.

I've used capryllic acid for a few years. If interested , you'll have to Google it to see if it's for you.
