It does not have a retractable blade. I didn't bother looking for a description of one as I didn't need it, but this model definitely doesn't come with one.

Mine came with a cord for charging

Q: Can you oil the clippers?

I have never done that; where would one oil the shaver to make any improvement in the shave ?! I don't have the clippers; but I could see how a drop of oil might improve performance in that type of mechanical instrument.
