Really like this
While it comes with written instructions, I watched the installation video they posted here on Amazon within the product photos. It's a relatively easy installation process and that video is very clear on steps I needed to take. After taking measurements, I used a hack saw to cut and dry fit, then used the garage door to help me determine exactly where I wanted it installed. I then marked the concrete with a pencil per instructions. The adhesive is extremely thick. So the only challenging part of the installation was putting down the adhesive because I needed both hands of pressure on the caulk gun to squeeze it from the tube. Other than that, it's a really good solution. I did NOT have to adjust the garage door opener settings, specifically the travel distance setting. It just works fine as it was.

Great way to waterproof garage
Needed a product to keep the heavy rains from tracking under our garage door. After searching the reviews of multiple products choose Weather Defender. Found it fairly easy to install, cut with heavy snips, black sealant holds very well. Product came as promised and in very good condition. Watch instruction video and had no problems. Just make sure you measure twice, cut & place black sealant once ;-). Since installing, we've had no water or nighttime bugs under the doors. Sealant works very well, holds up to a 43' motorhome running across it. Highly recommend

Threshold Seal Good Adhesive Not Good
I bought (2)10'6" threshold seal kits, they arrived very quickly and the quality of the thresholds are very good. Instructions are good and installation was not difficult however the adhesive no good. The problem, I could not dispense it even after using a heat gun on the tube. It was as if the adhesive had set off in the tube, it had a manufacture date of 7/25/23 and shelf life of the adhesive is 12 months so it was expired. Thus, that meant a trip to the hardware store to purchase two tubes of adhesive at a cost $24. Would have given the product 5 stars if it was not for the adhesive issue..

Not what I expected
The adhesive is subpar. The problem with this is when you sweep or hose out the garage, debris collects under the weather strip, raising it such that the garage door will not shut. It thinks an obstruction is under the door. Definitely not worth the money spent. This is an issue related to having the interior floor level with the foundation which I had hoped the product would resolve. Nope. Will be pulling it all up and try a more robust adhesive

Draw an installation line with the door down first.
Use a pencil with the door down to mark a straight line for install. Fixed my problem of a wet garage floor and it isn’t terrible to roll a cart over the top.
