Hartleys Round Wicker Serving Tray

I originally bought this tray for myself but the quality is far better than the price suggests so I shall be giving it away as a Christmas gift. It's excellent value for money and it is a quirky and quality tray so thank you for providing me with an brilliant and unexpected answer to a worrying 'what shall I give her?' gift.

I minages it was smaller than what I got turns out it’s huge had already roped the box apart so could not return to get the size I wanted so decided to keep it. It’s definitely big if that what u going for

Lovely wicker tray, great size but it’s not the natural colour that it states on the description. It doesn’t match the wicker accessories I have already so I’m going to have to find a new place for it and search for another. The colour is lovely but when I order something I expect the colour to more or less match the item photo. It’s a dark brown colour.

For the price this tray is a bargain, I am very pleased with it, it looks lovely on my dining table, would recommend

Unfortunately this item arrived damaged (I think due to transit) and darker then expected. I contacted the customer services department and they were very helpful and offered to either replace the item or refund it for me. I decided to get a refund as the item is much darker than it looks in the picture so wasn't suitable for what I wanted it for. But I couldn't fault the customer services.

This tray was really gorgeous and just what I was looking for but unfortunately it was too big. On examination I found that some off the wicker had broken but I think this was due to the packing. I emailed the company re returning the tray and also informing them about the damage. They asked me to supply photo evidence which I did. They immediately emailed back apologising and saying my refund would be in my bank in the next couple of days and to dispose of the tray as I seemed fit. This is the best company I have dealt with on returning items and true to their word the refund was in my bank the next day.

Reallly strong, good quality basket just such a shame the colour is a lot darker than the image shown, won’t work for where I wanted it. Going to have to try and sell and find something more suitable.

Lovely product and definitely good quality and value for money. Darker than appeared in the photo.
