ELENKER Travel Neck Pillow, Head Chin and Neck Support with Carry Mesh Bag, Black

Finally a travel pillow which isn't too costly & actually works! I'm a tall person & it can be really difficult to find a pillow that provides support but this is great. Not convinced I could use all the different positions they advertise but I have found a way that suits me quite well! I took it to China and was finally able to sleep on a flight! Hurrah!

It seems impossible to use, it just bounces away and slips. I tried to place it around my neck while sitting on the sofa and used the diagram, the fabric is slippery and the support areas are too short and don't do the job. That said the seller was very good and gave me an immediate refund. This may work on a very petite person.

Whilst it might suit some people, I found that, on arrival, could not find a way to fit this in place without a bit sticking out. Did not provide the support I was seeking when sitting in a chair. There was no advice in the package as to the optimal way to position this item on the neck.

This cushion is really soft and comfy. I originally gave it four stars because after the first use the stitching came apart. The seller noticed my feedback, contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. Happily accepted a replacement and would highly recommend both the product and seller!

I ordered the grey, it arrived in a pull string bag but the middle section had been stretched so much, all the stuffing was missing and it was too long, very odd! Tried to push stuffing back in but it doesn’t sit right on my neck, also the stitching is coming undone on part of it so have had to sew it back up. Not impressed. I don’t have time to send it back as I’m going away - which is why I wanted it!!

It felt restrictive and cumbersome after a while and just when I thought that I got the hang of it... I may be using this wrong?

I have bought this for long haul flight, received today 1st March - ordered Jan 28th, came from China - so review ordering it if you want it quickly. lost a star for this..That said, it is well made in lovely carry bag, tried it for effect, seems good and will hopefully prevent head/chin drop!!!

Not filled with enough filler to support neck. Feels like it should be £5 or under product. Returned and bought the turtle scarf instead.
