Rechargeable solar battery lights lasted ~3 years before a few needed replacement batteries, even in our hot Arizona sun. Replacement batteries easily found https://a.co/d/1W6YAd8. These lights turned on when dark, just after dusk, lasting a few hours. The clear cover did yellow with time, but it's not noticeable when lit at night. Screwed into wood post (pic 1), or plastic faux-wood tile (pic 2) then hung with wires on the chain-link fence, allowed us sufficient light beyond the patio and in the dog yard.

These lights replaced 8 inferior outdoor accent lights that kept failing (Paradise brand). YoLife are competitively priced, but are a much better product than most. They are well crafted, easy to install, take up little space and yet are effective lighting. They actually work all night and cast a gentle beam about 6 to 8 feet on the ground. I have them mounted on 3 outer stucco walls positioned about 5 feet above the ground. Hopefully they will continue to perform and remain durable. I would suggest the manufacturer enlarge the 2 installation holes to allow some wiggle room for mounting them level.

Bright long lasting light for anywhere

These are great for what we needed. I researched a lot of various options and these were the winners. My requirements were: 1 - easy to install (flat so that I can use a waterproof tape and just stick these to the wall), 2 - solar and waterproof, 3 - lights are not too bright (mood lights), 4 - give a nice reflection on my wall and pool (looking down). These hit all 4 requirements spot on. I’ve had them for a couple of months now and they seem to work fine so far, expect for one - it looks dull, but I think it might be a lack of light in that location.

Smaller than I thought

This is a great light for those that are looking for a light that is decently bright and easy to install. We ordered them for a Halloween project and they worked out great for out purpose. Once Halloween is over we are going to install on our deck because my wife likes them and how they look.

At best, I give these 3 stars...Yes, they are easy to install, and that was good. But that’s the best I can say.The brightness is nowhere near what they show in the photos. I have mine on fence posts in my yard, at a height of about 5’....and I’m lucky if the light reaches the ground when they are on.And they stay on, from what I can tell, maybe 3-4 hours at best. I can assure you that when they do come on at night, by 5 hours later they are dark. So don’t expect them to light any pathways if you are coming home late at night!I originally wanted to test the first 4 out, in hope of buying more for the rest of my yard, but that’s not happening!!I am reducing the star rating in these to ONE... because the only thing they have going for them are the easy installation.But the way they work, they are not even worth putting up!!The light lasts for only a couple/few hours...and it is so very dim!! Even a candle would be a brighter light!I will probably take them down and replace them.

Very small
