No scratches so far and very sturdy, well worth the money. Found the lid handles get pretty warm but all in all great value for the money

I don't put cookware in the dishwasher. I cooked with it and it works perfect, no sticking at all and easy to clean

We’ve had this set for several months now. These pans, along with our new induction stove, are a complete game changer. Everything cooks so quickly and evenly.However, despite the description, they do scratch easily, which is why I’m giving 4-stars instead of 5. Even though it states that you can use metal utensils, I certainly wouldn’t suggest it if you want to keep these pans for more than a couple years.But, other than that, they’re heavy duty, durable, and well worth the money if given the proper care.

Got a couple of scratches in less than 3 weeks. very disappointed :-(Added later - after less than a year a couple of the handles came loose. Warranty would not cover them because they said it looked like they were used in a restaurant and their warranty doesn’t cover commercial use. We have not used them in a restaurant. We just have 6 in the household and we all like to cook. DO NOT BUY!!! Bad customer service.

Received obvious scratch-and-dent, factory seconds, or refurbished. The set arrived in a sealed original box and wrapped in black plastic. But all of the pan handles and one lid have small dents and blemishes. The lids have a seam that is properly finished and sealed on some lids, but an open crack on others. However, the main body or “bowl” of each pan appears excellent, and there do not appear to be any problems with the non-stick coating.
