Red Light Therapy Lamp 24W 12leds with Adjustable Socket Clamp Hands-Free (Red)

I use this product for a sleep hack ten minutes before bed every nite I turn it on beside me while I'm watching TV or reading. Also hold it closer to my face to help decrease wrinkles and sunspots. I definitely sleep better on the notes I use red light therapy and feel very rested the next still waiting on skin results but I feel there is a difference starting to show.

I have only had a chance to use this once. I placed it across from my shower (safely as to were it would not fall into the shower) and let the light shine on me as I wash through my clear shower curtain. The lamp did not come with instructions. So, I had to read them and the warnings on the amazon website. I bought this after hearing the benefits of red light therapy. This one was reasonably priced where I could try it to see if it works for me. It was easy to set up and the clip is very strong so it stays in place. It does have a way to swivel the lamb but I cannot figure out how to make it stay in the position set. Again, including instructions would be helpful.

Its garbage. Its used. Came with no instructions.

Works well.

I love the way I feel after using this lamp. I pair it with a TDP lamp.
