Very poor
Very disappointing, only 2 hours playback time. I bought them in the 'Black Friday' sale, The product was advertised as being reduced from £29.99 to £16.99. Not worth the £16.99 I paid for it. DO NOT BUY, there are plenty of other good quality earphones for the same amount of money.

Sound is a little tinny so not worth 5 stars

Comfort and convenience on the go
For under £30, these earphones are perfectly good and much more convenient than wired ones. They come with two different earbud sizes and these stay in your ears well whether sitting or walking around. They have a decent bluetooth range on them so if you want to sunbathe, you can leave your phone in the shade. As well as answering calls, you can increase or decrease the volume by using the O and X buttons on the right earphone. They connect easily to Bluetooth (press and hold the ridge between the O and X for a couple of seconds) but you do need to remember to disconnect them from your other devices first. The soft cable doesn't rub your neck (or catch in hair) and there's no annoying wire to pockets or handbags. I like the fact that they're not two separate and unconnected earphones though like the new apple ones as I suspect I would lose those within the first 24 hours.Sound is softer, quieter and with markedly less treble than my wired B&O noise cancelling earbuds but given the difference in price that's hardly surprising. To a certain extent I could alter the sound using the Spotify equalizer and the slight loss of sound quality is compensated for by convenience and comfort. For the money, these are perfectly good.

Fiddly in places
I used these earphones to listen to audio books so I can't really assess the quality the same as if I was listening to music. I found the quality to be good, plenty of volume and the sound definitely clear enough to make listening pleasant. The earphones are light and come with several sets of the pieces that insert into your ears depending on the size of the ear canal. I did find that they slipped out a bit too often but I usually have this problems with this sort of earphone so I wouldn't think it would happen to everyone. You do have over the ear pieces so if they slip out they don't drip - I found these difficult to use as well, maybe because I wear glasses but they did feel secure when on.The earphones connected to my phone very easily when I worked out what to do (the instructions are useless and incomprehensible). You just press the small dark grey button on the dark grey panel that hangs from the cord between the earphones. You just have to work out where it is by feel as you certainly can't see it. I adjusted volume from my phone which worked fine. You recharge by opening the smallest flap imaginable in the panel but when you've found it and got it open it works well.I particularly like the little bag that you get to keep the earphones in. These are now my listening gadget of choice.

Earbuds
I actually ordered these for my wife who has been itching to get hold of a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. They were an absolute doddle to pairA..With her phone and,B..with her laptop. Now my wife has virtually no techy skills and mostly relies on me to sort these gadgets out, but she managed to pair these with virtually no input from me at all.Now her audio skills are a lot better than mine (I can't tell any difference between different headphones at all!) and she did think at first that the sound was a little tinny, until I advised her to try a smaller set of the supplied buds, and that seemed to rectify the situation. She has since used them a number of times and has had no problems at all with either sound or comfort ...Though at some time in the fiture she will discover that there is a specific left and right earbud! I am fed up with telling her and she swears that..A there is no difference, andB..she can't see the "R" for right! So on the whole a reasonable pair of Bluetooth earbuds at a pretty fair price!

Work Well and Good Value
Given that these earphones are under £30 they are well worth the price in comparison to others on the market. Most notably, they are comfortable to wear. After wearing others within a similar price range, I notice my ears aching, whereas these are really comfortable in comparison. The earphones also hold pretty well in the ear and do not come out even when running, which makes jogging that bit more pleasant. I found the sound quality crystal clear for everyday commuting, listening to music, radio etc. They take around an hour to charge and last for around 7 hours, which is better than many out there. This is certainly good value and so much better than the old wired earphones.

Comfortable, easy to use
Very pleased with these - comfortable, easy to control and setup, although the instruction leaflet reaches Ikea-levels of obscurity in trying to convey everything through pictures alone; fortunately it also supplies the website address where you can get hold of a PDF with actual words in it, and which most importantly tells you to charge the earphones first before using. It comes with a couple of sets of replacement buds (2 sizes), some ear clip-ons and a (ludicrously short) USB charging cable. If you connect these to your phone over bluetooth then it's easy to interrupt music to take an incoming call (or transfer the call to voicemail).

Good for the price
The first pair I was sent did not work. The help information took me to the American supplier who then passed me onto to homedics who do the product support in the UK.For the price the sound is pretty good. The telephone answering and talking quality is good. The battery lasts a long time. What they can add into a tiny product these days is amazing. It's a shame they do not use the USB C format. With something this size the plug in is the most delicate part.A pouch would also have been useful
