Do I need heat to apply this lamination?

No need to pre-heat or post-heat the lamination at any part of the application process. All you need is to dry apply the lamination with some pressure and the self adhesion will do the rest!

Yes, VViViD's lamination is water proof! Whether it be outside in the rain or under the tap of running water, there is no risk of your laminated project ever being exposed to water and being ruined.

Does it work with a cutter?

Yes, the lamination worlds perfectly with most cutter / plotter machines on the market. Cut out whatever size that you require to fit any project that you have.
