WE BOUGHT ONE OF THESE MATTRESS 3 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS GOOD QUALITY, HOWEVER THIS NEW ONE WAS HALF THE WEIGHT AND THE MATTRESS IS NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY,AT ALL,I DONT GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP SINCE I GOT IT, ALSO THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS OVER THE TOP, THE MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED BY ONE MAN IN AN OLD LORRY, THE OUTER WAS COVERED IN BLACK DUST WHICH HAD GOT THROUGH A RIP IN THE PLASTIC AND ON TO THE MATTRESS ITS SELF WHICH I CANNOT GET OFF I AM NOW LEFT WITH THIS

Brilliant two-man delivery, arriving earlier than originally expected. The mattress is labelled as Bedmaster rather than Happy Beds. The damask cover is rayon rather than cotton, as originally described. Two turn handles on each side, but only one on just one of the ends. This mattress is firmer than expected, but overall I'm more than happy with the purchase.

Beautifully made in the U.K. and although not quite firm enough for me I decided to keep it for the occasional guest. I then ordered a firmer mattress from the same company and this is also excellent quality and is just the right firmness for me.

The mattress is fantastic, pity it arrived soiled and damaged and I could not return it because I needed it urgently
