This will not last long!
I'm not having too much luck with this Backyard Safari stuff. :/ The watch clasp broke on the first day. Flimsy green plastic. My husband replaced the clasp with a metal one from an old watch of his, so my son still wears it. The "UV" marker never worked. The time on the watch needs to be reset many times a day. I'm not sure why, and sometimes the screen just goes blank for a little while. I'd return it in a heartbeat, but my little guy really loves the shooting darts and the patch for his Backyard Safari vest.

Are you kidding me?!
As the parent of a 4 year old, I've purchased a lot of cheap toys that break within days. The safari watch set a new record for low quality. First, they sent it with the battery already expired. Second, before we had a chance to buy a new watch, the clasp broke -- within one day of receiving it. $13 kissed away and a disappointed kid. This watch should be removed from Amazon.

Poor quality clasp
As so many other people have mentioned, we, too dealt with a broken clasp within a couple of hours. My son (6) was devastated, as he had saved up for this watch. I’ll try ordering one more, but I’m not overly hopeful. On the plus side, the return of the original one was easy and the refund processed quickly.

Awesome but clasp broke on day 2
I read all the reviews about the broken clasp, but still purchased this watch anyway because my son had saved up his money for it. He was SO careful with it, but the clasp broke on day 2, like the other reviews before me. My husband was able to fix it using an old watch's clasp in its place. This watch is so creative and clever. My little boy loves it! It's been 2 weeks now, and he still wears it everyday. The yellow torpedo things work great, and the lights work great. The secret decoder marker that came with it fits snugly in. Plus it comes with a patch that we sewed on his Backyard Safari vest. I would buy this again, but be prepared for the clasp to break! Easy fix, though.

Not trying a 3rd time!!!
We purchased watch #1 and it broke about 30 minutes after we opened the package. We received watch #2 and it broke just the same as the 1st watch. So sad because my son looked for this watch for 4 months before I could find it. Every time the clasp broke off from the band.... would not recommend!!

Cool toy
My son loves this watch. Bought it despite the reviews of the clasp breaking. Glad I bought it but yes the clasp broke with in a day. If the strap stayed together this watch would be a 5 star.

It is difficult for my 6 year old grandson to use. Also uncomfortable.
