Count pieces when you receive, good quality set, use 5/16 or 11/32 drill bit for plastic insert
My set was short 2 x cam gears. Similar to the other reviewer, package was sealed so it's a packaging QC issue.Parts themselves are decent quality and worked for my purposes.I used this to replace broken/old/missing parts from a Boss Chair Desk that I have.

I only need the cams so I won't return but I still like to get what I pay for
Size is correct but quantity is wrong there is only 4 studs included. It is a sealed package so there is no way parts could have fallen out, it was just packaged wrong when originally packaged. I only need the cams so I won't return but I still like to get what I pay for.

These have a 15mm diameter. Not 12mm diameter.

Corrected another company's problem.
These did the job to replace cheap hardware packed with Sauder Furniture.
