Paint quality can be improvedThe rack from Mil-Nil is good product, and helps to manage the space in apartment living. The delivery has been quick as promised, and packaging was excellent. Mil-Nil reached out to us on WhatsApp with assembly video, and was able to answer queries too.Mil-Nil should look to include washer along with Bolts and Nuts, also have the nuts tested before packaging. Some of the nuts are hard to screw though there are extra sets. Instead of paint coating, they could have gone for powder coating as the white paint seems to wear off during assembly.

It's strong enough for regular use. Easy to assemble.

The product is great, I bought it to stack up food supplies in my dry balcony. The material is good and the packaging is nice. The only issue was the assembly. It is easier said than done. The video was too short and its best if 2 people assemble it as every bolt and nut has to be placed at correct angles. The spanner provided was helpful. Overall a great product - but must have a detailed instruction manual for a common man to understand and install.

The shelf was easy to assemble and the finishing was really perfect. The look and feel of the shelf is excellent. The toolbox that they provided with the parts helped a great deal in assembling the product with ease and the rubber fittings that they provided for the four legs of the shelf is much appreciated as it keeps the floor scratch free.

Very nicely packed and shipped....the product is 10/10Had parcelled with proper care, so that no dents can occur on the productAll the accessories were given so that we can assemble the whole product in DIY ways.Actually thanks to the seller, 4 extra pairs of nuts and bolts were given too, as a backup.1 request for the seller and manufacturer...Please provide 2 wrenches instead of 1... as the product can be installed with 2 wrenches... installing the whole product with a single wrench is not much possible for a DIY consumer/one-time user.Overall the product is excellent, must-have for arranging things at home and I have recommended it to everyone.
