Q: I assembled the table but it is wobbly ( uneven legs) ! How can I fix this problem !!

I solved this problem on another table by getting some felt furniture pads and putting them on the leg that is shorter to even it out. They are used to prevent table legs from scratching the floor but they worked for this problem. They have adhesive so you can stack as many as needed. Hope this helps.

Q: Is it sturdy enough to stay out in the rain and wind?

They would be fine in the rain, but they would blow away in the wind. They are pretty light weight. They stay on my porch pretty nice, but the house blocks the wind on them, most the time.
