Im 6'3 and about 290lbs, what size would you recommend?

You’re about my size, I purchased a 3X . If you like a little extra room you could use the 4X .

I'm 6' 9", aprox. 240 lbs, i wear a 42 w 36l pant and a 3xl top. would i be better off with a 2xl or a 3xl in this union suit?

The largest size for the height. I’m 5’5” and 300 lbs and they scrunch at the ankles on me. 6’9” sounds just yummy but I put my h&w just in case you meant 5’9” which I’d say 2xl at best (which is Still yummy)
