Cheyenne: The Complete Fourth Season

My dad LOVES these movies.

The media could not be loaded.  This season starts with a fantastic first episode, followed by many other exciting classic episodes from this season of Cheyenne, the CBS hit American Western series.

My husband and I are huge fans of Clint Walker and therefore of course of Cheyenne. Recently starting purchasing the DVD seasons and #4 is most current for us. Love, love, love it. Some of the actors/actresses are recognizable from past season episodes, in which they played completely different characters, but you forget that as the new characters unfold. For anyone who hasn't seen the show: it is set in the Reconstruction Era of American history (I won't pretend to be knowledgeable enough to comment on historical accuracy) and Cheyenne roams Texas and other Old West locales, working throughout the series as a cattleman, wagon train leader, sheriff, Army scout, Native American tribal liaison, detective, involuntary Mexican revolutionary.... He tries to be a gentle giant but, of course, trouble frequently arises as he refuses to compromise morally and there are countless fistfights and shootouts.

A relatively new fan. Love the stories, acting, and actors. Clint Walker was great.

We love Cheyenne, and the production values on this set are really good. Unfortunately, one of the disks won't play (disc 1), which is really disappointing.

I totally loved the whole 4th Series ! Once again the Big Man doesn't disappoint! Also, don't even THINK of skipping the very last Episode in the Series "Kung Fu". Seeing all of those stars again was amazing. Even the Big Man wasn't a young man any more, but made a GREAT showing (to no-one's surprise). He is amazing ! One of the things I love the most about these old shows is the variety of stars from various westerns that can be seen in them.

I loved the costuming and sets. I especially loved watching Clint sauntering around and solving crimes. He didn't speak unless spoken to. Boy, could he take a beating and he never missed the mark. Just wish they would have had a bigger cast of bad guys. They would die in one episode and come back again and again. If you have never seen this show you owe it to yourself to try it. It will be fun for the whole family, especially if the kids are tots. It teaches good values. Moms will especially love this georgeous hunk of a man.

I've just watched the first 3 episodes of Season 4 Disc 1 and I am back again in the old West of my youth. Cheyenne was a well-liked show in my parents house for me growing up and being a Boomer, I love Westerns to this day. The best thing is I don't remember all of the episodes so they're new to me again. I intend to purchase the remaining seasons and then I'll have them all to watch over and over when the spirit hits me. Definitely wonderful viewing for the entire family

its clint walker as a cowboy...need I say more?

I have bought this for my partner Bill Harrison for a Christmas present but as he has already watched season 2 and Season 3 is a surprise birthday present. Season 4 is a Christmas present from me - Sandra Thomas

Excellent western tv series

Great to get this one at the price I got it for. Only 2 seasons left to get.

I purchased this for my dad who now desperately wants the next season! He loves Cheyenne and is very pleased with both the quality of the show and the picture. Very pleased!
