Converting me to a Smart Future
Having only had this for 12 hours I can't testify to it's reliability, but the only thing stopping me buying another one is that the place I might want to use that needs 4 sockets.I had 1 smart plug (bought because Amazon had an offer shortly after I got my Echo) which I used on a lamp with a hard to reach switch. A rearrangement of my room left me using an extension cable so when I saw this on special offer it made sense to replace that with this. Now the Alexa routine I had to turn off the lamp and turn on upstairs lights each night can also turn off another couple of devices and turn them back on individually next day.Easy to set up, although it would be nice if it had identified that an initial problem was a mis-typed WiFi password instead of just clicking and failing to find the device. Once eFamilyCloud found it, Alexa found it straight away as 6 different devices to control individual plugs or the whole block. Was then easy to rename numbered sockets to the device attached.I'll now be working out where else I can benefit from Smart Plugs

Surprisingly Good
I bought this purely after seeing it mentioned on a YouTube review channel (TechFlow), and decided to give it a punt. I've since bought a bunch of them. Perfect under a desk, where I have a standing desk which moves up and down, so cable management is key, and i have monitors, Echo Show, Headset etc plugged into the sockets, and RGB lights and USB chargers connected to the USB outputs, all of which are controllable by Alexa. Just don't tell Alexa to turn off the plug its powered into, or you have to go into the App on your iPhone to turn it back on :)

Easy peasy
This is the first smart plug I've used (awaiting others) - Set up was easy peasy - Alexa found the device within seconds - Renaming the individual sockets was straightforward and easy - I have a lamp, phone charger and watch charger - I would recommend that you use a simple one word to Rename -Works flawlessly so far - using Amazon echo and via my phone. Have not tried it via Google assistant yet.I think the 2 USB ports are controlled as a single socket, though again it works as expected via Alexa.Have not got any negative feedback on it -4/5

Terrific smart power strip
I’m slowly going over to a more ‘smart’ house but without paying out a lot of money. This plug bank seemed ideal as it had great reviews without costing a fortune and I have to say it did not disappoint. The app was easy to download and I was able to change my home internet over to 2.4ghz without too much hassle as this will only work this way. I love being able to switch lights on whilst on holiday helping keep the house secure and with options like this one as opposed to a standard timer you can alter the times on the timer on the app so I turn our lights on and off at different times when away. With the standard timers they can only go on and off at the same time every day which isn’t terribly realistic.Overall a reliable great item, so much so that I’ve purchased a second one and I highly recommend this item.

Useless for a modernish router
What it doesn't tell you in the product description is that it ONLY works on a 2.4GHz network connection. My WiFi network is through a 3 year old router so it's about as much use to me as a chocolate teapot. Sending it back.If it did work, I would also be disappointed by the fact that you can't physically switch each socket on/off individually.

Very smart and very good quality
I purchased this product for Christmas, because I want to use smart plugs for my Christmas lights, so that I can control them when to switch off, instead of having to turn them on and off all the time from the wall socket. Also the plug will come in very handy when I have guests for Christmas so that they can charge their smartphones and other devices. It is very easy to set up, takes a couple of minutes and it is very good quality and very useful. I will be buying another one because it would be useful for my teenager who has a lot of devices and is always running out of sockets.

Open-source-able
Thanks to Dorijan S.' review, I went ahead and flashed Tasmota firmware on this one and it works like a charm. Now I have it fully integrated into OpenHAB2. Great price for a great WiFi power strip with 3xAC and 2xUSB sockets. Full control of each AC socket ON/OFF state as well as USB charger's ON/OFF state (one state for both USB sockets).
