This is the most impressive12 volt item I have ever purchased. Easy to use. One for + one for - sharp design. Great quality. Worked perfectly. I really like to Protective clear covers to keep the outdoor elements from directly being able to affect them. Easy to install function perfectly.

Guilty. I read reviews and still took a chance. But, it was my error. See, these terminal connectors are two sizes and they are labeled (+) and (-). I didn’t realize and I broke one, just like others commented, trying to spread it open to fit it on the terminal. The positive is slightly larger in diameter than the negative. Glad it came with 4 because once I realized, I was fortunate to have two more to correct my incompetence. Once you put the correctly labeled connector on the correct terminal, they fit just fine. Even come with terminal shims to shore up any play or looseness. I’d recommend not trying to spread them open for more room to fit. Just put the correct ones on the correct terminal. Quality is good. Wire connections are really good. They look good and they work. No issues with conductivity. I paired these with upgraded 2 AWG battery cables. Handled it everything.

So I just received it today, 2 came in the box. People say that it's not US Spec for the terminals, however, I drive a 2005 Acura TSX with a Red Top Optima Battery installed. When I received the package, I immediately tried putting the terminals on. Here's where I think people are getting messed up behind these things. 1 is marked + (positive) and 1 is marked - (negative) the negative connector is smaller in diameter, and if you pry it open, yes it might Crack, mibe didn't though. After attempting to put the opposite terminal on, I noticed the positive side was slightly more open and had to much space on the terminal itself. Something told me to look at the actual connectors that came, and once I noticed the lables - / + I quickly swapped them and damn, both sides fit without me having to hammer down on it. P.S I skipped the step where I hammered down on the - connector that I was trying to put on the positive terminal, and 😬 oops, made the positive terminal a little thinner than what it's supposed to be lol. Anyway, like I said though, after realizing my mistake, everything fits and mates up. Shims that came with the kit were not necessary. However, that's just for my application, may not be the same for yours. Just note that if your battery terminals are bigger than the circumference of a nickel, you might want to try a different set of terminal connectors hope this helps, OR USE A LOT OF HEAT FROM A HEAT GUN, TO PRY IT OPEN. Don't do it while it's cold, it'll definitely break. I'll see if I can upload pics before I leave for work. Or just delete and re do this review.

These heavy duty battery terminals are the best one on the market in my opinion. They come with the clear hard plastic terminal protectors for each post and also has copper sleeves for the smaller negative post. You can add extra hot wires directly to the hot terminal itself by just putting the wire in a selected slot and tightten it down with allen wrench.. i bought a set of these a couple years ago and forgot to leave a review. Bought another truck and had to have a set for this truck. Super fast shipping and excellent quality. Highly recommend these! I got them on all my vehicles and farm equipment. Will buy more when i meed them. For the price ur crazy if u dont try them.

Don't waste your money. Metal is about as soft as playdo. Strips as soon as you tighten more than finger tight... fortunately I only need it or for one terminal so learned my lesson and tightened the second one just enough so it doesn't slide easily. Hope it will last untill I can get something better...

Fancy looks nice works ok but i would prefer to get a real tough one

Even with the supplied shim removed I had trouble getting the connector to fit on the battery post, I had to spread it more than I would have liked, and I kinda forced it on a bit, I had to file down the lead post to make it fit, but it has been installed now for a few months, it is good and secure, allows for upgrade to the big 3 for car stereo wiring, and also there is not corrosion. The connection is pretty good, just be prepared as the Opening for the battery post might be slightly on the smaller side, but overall I'm happy with it for the price.
