Worked great in my multifunction printer and easy to replace. Didn’t even know this part existed until my printer told me mine was full.

A perfect fit for Brother MFC-9130CW
This was very easy to install. Instructions are mostly pictorial but it's quite clear what to do. Fits perfectly, and the printer automatically stopped having the 'box full' (or whatever it was) warning.

Step 4 of installation instructions said to remove orange packing material and discard it. There was no orange packing material (plastic piece) on the waste toner box. I installed the waste toner box in the printer and the touch screen read replace the waste toner box. I cleared the screen took it out and repeated the process about 3 more times but kept getting the same message on touch screen to replace WT Box. I believe it is defected. The orange plastic protective piece that are usually on the toner for the printer was missing on the WT Box, may have been used. May have gotten mix in accidently.

Turns out, you don't need it.
Bought this and keeping it "just in case". There's a video on youtube that shows you how to empty and clean out your old one. Follow the steps to the letter and the old one will work "good as new". Nice part is, you can clean the old one over and over again. So if you're handy with a screwdriver, and careful not to make a mess, you won't need to replace it. And I must emphasize the caution: you can make a terrible mess when opening it up. I did it fully inside a garbage bag and some ink dust still managed to get on the table. Cleanup was easy enough as there was so little to clean up. But it could become a major spill if you're not careful.

Does not work, tired of Brother printers
I've tried 2 different waste toner boxes and the printer continuously brings up the error "Replace WT Box". Is it a bad printer? Is it a bad waste toner box? After installing it, the error message went away, so I thought "GREAT!". I followed the instructions provided and even kept the printer off for several days, only to turn it on to get the message again. I already threw away the original box it came in and upon trying to return it, even for a replacement, it says I need the original box. This certainly was a waste.
