DANGER do not buy.
Update DO NOT BUY!!!This has been work ok the last few times I used it. I just plugged it in and sparks flew from it along with a loud popping noise. DO NOT BUY.It worked OK but is very cheaply made. The thumb nut that holds the tips in always loosens up even using the included wrench. The handle has plastic mold marks that are sharp. I would rate lower but it did work. For how long ? Who knows.

Cheap and very unsafe!!
Garbage!!! I used it maybe 4 or 5 times in the past six months of owning it. The Last time I used it. I plugged it in and as it heated up I heard a couple of popping sounds and then Sparks shot out of the soldering iron. I quickly unplugged it and As I picked it up the wire that plugs in the wall fell out from inside of the soldering iron. Completely unsafe!! Thank God it didn't start a fire in my garage!! Don't buy this junk! it's a waist of money and might even burn your house down

Died after using it three times.
Don’t like the fact it’s made in China but....Worked good three times, then I got “OP” on the display. Didn’t come with any kind of instructions, and can’t find anything on line, so I’m stuck with another useless Chinese tool. Should have learned by now.

Easy to use
This soldering iron is easy to use and has all the items you need to do the job. Seems very well made, heats up quickly and hot enough. Very impressed--especially at this price. Highly recommend.

Digital temperature display!
I had a cheap solder from radioshack many years ago and it was very very hard to use and finally dying. This new one is such an upgrade for me when working with small electronics and yet is still affordable. I found the digital display especially interesting for temperature control. All the small accessories are useful for my small projects and the carrying case is a nice touch so I never have to worry about poking a hole when storing it.

Unsafe do not buy.
Worked good for a while. I would not buy again or suggest. I was using it and it made a loud pop and sparks flew from it and now will not turn back on. Unsafe and waste of money. Also before this happened i kept getting the error "op" on the screen and i would have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work.DO NOT BUY

No Luck
I order this product twice. The first time the incorrect iron was sent. The second time, the correct product was sent but the iron would not come up to temperature (450) no matter how long it was left on.

Item is a safety hazard
This product is not safe. Purchased in July used a few times, during last use heard a popping sound and the entire electrical cord came off from the iron. The cord showed visible signs it was burnt at the connection to the iron. This item is going to seriously injure some someone!
