Cougar Motor H13 LED Headlight Bulbs, 9008 LED Headlights Super Bright Flagship Led Bulbs 20000LM 6500K All-in-One Conversion Kit - Cool White, Halogen Replacement

Of late I have been reading about the new LED head lights and determined that I wanted to replace my existing halogen head lights with higher Lumen LED bulbs. I contacted a couple of manufacturers; Cougar Motor was the only one that promptly answered my questions. I opted to purchase their super bright 12000Lm 6500K Flagship H13 LED 12000Lm 6500K headlight bulb conversion kit. It was a good investment! The most difficult part of the installation was removing the old halogen system. The kit is, literally, plug and play.The output of these lights, exceeds the old halogen headlights, the pattern for high and low beams if far superior in both width and distance. I highly recommend these to anyone who will be negotiating roads in the dark or twilight.PS:I was so impressed with the product, I purchased Cougar Motors LED bulbs for my fog lights.

Bright but lacks proper installation instructions. It’s not that it’s difficult to install, it’s just that they state that they are plug and play. When first installed I tested the high beams when it got dark and the driver side went up while the passenger side dropped down like it was 180 degrees out (only one of three slots is larger so they can only go in one way and only have about 30 degrees rotation. Fortunately I figured out the collar can be removed from the bulb and rotated 180 degrees and placed back on. My complaint is not that some consumers may have to do that - it’s that there is nothing listed in the instructions that you might have to. They leave it up to the customer to figure it out.Once the bulb position was corrected, both beams now go up when applying the high beam but they barely move at all. I was replacing a previous set of LEDs (brand unknown that had a significant difference between the high and low beams so it’s not because they’re LEDs. For those two reasons, I can only give these lights three stars.UPDATE: I have edited my review to 4 Stars up from 3 Stars. After doing 3rd party research, I learned how to properly adjust the LED headlights and now there is a night and day difference, especially between the high and low beams. Lights are very bright. If it wasn’t for the manufacturer’s lack of instructions for helping their customer’s make proper settings/adjustments, I would have given it 5 Stars - they look that good.

Upon receipt of the new H13 Hi/Lo LED Headlamps I could clearly see the difference from the previous model. A more advanced LED pattern and the Driver unit is much more powerful. Once installed I noticed a huge difference in the amount of light it was projecting and especially how the high beams lit up not only the road but all of the street signs for what seemed to be 1/4 mile! I am not getting any younger so the extra light is extremely helpful. Now I am excited to drive at night time!! 5-Stars for the New product and for Cougar Motor as a leader in headlamp technology.

Very bright led headlights that are an easy installation. I really like how easy the new design is if you need to adjust the beam once installed. You do not even have to remove them to adjust the beam.I have bought about 7 pairs of the cougar brand led headlight sets for all of my personal & business vehicles. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade to led lighting.

I bought them for my 2018 F350 The lights were great at first but then they started flickering. I could not get ahold of courger motors to see if they could be fixed or if I should return them. The lack of customer service from the company for support is why I rate them so low. No one returns your email for weeks and there is no phone number to call They are bright if they work

Here is my review of the new cougar motor led CCD19-12-F2PLUS-H13(D4W) headlights. This is my second set of cougar motor head lights that I have run, and they do not disappoint. These headlights have a great color at 6500k and even better light output. The led headlights illuminate the road ahead with an even and full pattern. Installation was quick and easy with step by step instructions and the plug in play connectors. Before installing them in the headlight housing I connected them to ensure they worked. As expected they worked flawlessly and I was really impressed with how quiet the fans were. I have nothing negative to say about the quality or construction of these headlights and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market and looking to make the swap to leds.

I installed these on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Installation was straightforward, and all connectors clipped into place perfectly. I did notice a flicker once the Jeep was running(was noted that this might happen with Jeeps), so I contacted seller and they promptly shipped me the decoders, and the problem was resolved. Great product. I am going to order sets for my kids' vehicles as well.

Other brands just as bright for less money.Would recommend researching further before thinking $ spent = brightness.Longevity to be determined. (Maybe that will be the saving factor).
