Best purchase I've made in years! Great device!
I love these. For years I've been collecting bits. They always come in some crappy holder that breaks or is just impractical. These holders are fantastic. The magnet on the back is pretty sturdy, grips whatever you stick it on well. The magnet that holds the bits in the holder is adequate. I wouldn't mind if it was a little stronger but so far unless I hold the device upside down and shake it the bits haven't fallen out. I even have some large heavy drill bits in one of them and it holds them pretty securely too. I've had these on my refrigerator door for a week which gets slammed frequently and none of them have fallen off. This is one of my favorite purchases I've made in years. I will definitely buy more if I end up needing more. And I also plan to buy some as gifts for friends and family. They are so awesome! Also, I dropped one on cement from about 7 feet up and it didn't even scratch. Now I just have to find out if they make a socket holder!

I super convenient way to store / keep track of a hex bit collection
Sometimes the simplest solutions (and tools) are the best! This is the latest addition to my list of "must have" accessories.A year ago I ordered a similar, albeit larger, set of magnetic holders for all of my socket wrench heads, and while it cost a few pennies, I've fallen in love with the convenience and orderliness of the setup. Having become frustrated with sorting and retaining my miscellaneous assortment of hex bits, I am pleased to have found this. The good is that it's a solid magnet that easily stays fixed to a vertical steel surface and lets you keep these bits organized. The biggest negative is that the part is smaller than it could be for its capacity - the bits are actually really close together and I would do better if there was just a little more space between them for my fingers to get a grip. But that's relatively minor, all things considered. The holes seem just deep enough, for long and short bits, without being deep enough to lose anything in there. A solid addition to my kit!

Nice bit organizer
This organizer did what I needed it to do. Organized a bunch of loose 1/4” bits and kept them secure in an easy to access location in my tool box. Device is very basic plastic molding with space for 36 bits and one socket with a large magnet glued to the bottom. Magnet serves two purposes one keeps your bit secure in the holder and second anchors the entire holder to anything magnetic. Great to device for anyone trying to organize their shop.

Used this to hold drill bit sockets
Magnet is OK. No too strong but it works well if I lay it down on its side. The plastic bezel doesn't look premium but doesn't effect the performance. Would buy again.

Magnetic base not strong enough to hold the bits
I purchased this for use in one of the metal trays that I fabricated for my toolbox. My idea was to place the magnetized base on the vertical side side of the tray and use the holder to keep the bits horizontal. All looked good until I tried to put the base with the bits inserted into the tray. Several of the bits fell out - the magnet simply isn't strong enough to hold the bits in place. While I'm disappointed in the product, I was able to learn enough from the experience that I think I can modify the holders I was using to work the way I need.Update as of 21 March 2020It turns out that the difficulty I was having may have been attributed to one (or both) of two conditions: (1) non-uniform magnetic strength in every bit hole; and (2) heavy bits. Another factor I discovered after I wrote the initial review was that some of the 1/4" shank QC bits contained non-magnetic material in the driver end. It doesn't appear that the bits would be retained in any holder that used magnetism as the holding mechanism.I tested several other bits (including a 6" long phillips) and they all stayed in place when I turned the holder upside down to check for bit retention. I regret posting my initial review before doing discovering the real source of the bits not being retained.Olsa Tools (specifically Mark) gets high praise for responding to the original post so quickly and providing me with a solution. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Fits small bits nicely!
I stumbled across this buying various tool box organizers. At first I wasn't sure about it but gave it a try anyways. I'm glad I did, this thing fit all my misc screw driver bits and nut driver bits with room to add more. An added bonus, the bottom is also magnetized. So its stick to my tool box drawer, even with a rubber mat. No matter how hard i slam it shut or pull on the drawer, it doesn't slide around or fall over. I highly recommend it!

Magnet not strong enough!
I use a cart at work for carrying tools and various bits used for a impact driver. I purchased this product to contain these bits as a means of reducing clutter on the cart. Be aware that the magnet is not strong enough to carry anything larger than a 1" bit nor will it support its self when attached to metal with the slightest bounce in my cart while transitioning from vinyl to carpet. I believe this product will suit those who use it for a stationary holder.A stronger magnet would solve allOlsa are you listening?

Handy Little Thing!!
This is the coolest, most useful little organizer I've ever had! I bought it for my dad since he spends a lot of time searching through all his bits to find the right one (they were all packed in a little container). This has saved him a lot of time already, including never being able to spill them because they're held in with magnets. It was pleasantly surprising how well the magnet holds the bits, but how easy it still is to pull them out of the stand. Can hold it right upside down like to picture in the ad!I bought one for myself the other day too.5 stars without a doubt.

Love it!
I have a few Osla pieces now and they're all great quality that combine both form and function. This Bit Organizer is no exception. With it's magnetized back and chunky build, it securely holds in any bit that goes near it! Like most people, my work bench was littered with random hex bits and various holders that have came with tools over the years. It's great to have plenty around when other break or become lost...right?Well, this holds most bit all in one place. I love organization and this fits the bill. I would 100% buy this again and again if needed.

Great workshop accessory
Excellent tool organizer. Could be improved by a little more space between holes as some of the more recent hex headed tools have larger heads; Forstner bits for example, and countersinks, and nut drivers. With the recent increased popularity of hex headed tools and the increased power of Li-Lion batttery tools, there are many hex applications now that are too big in the tool to fit the Olsa organizer. I would buy a couple of larger versions with more space between each hole as soon as it was available.
