Safety and price.
These cups are 'the best'. Have ordered them - with the ripple - easy to hold and with being insulated - never have to worry about someone getting 'hot hands' or an accident.

Nice cups.
I like the cups, but the black wrapping is not glued all the way around. The edge of the wrap or a 1/4" is sticking out from the cup. It was not every package. We still like them.

The Lids are crap
We purchased these to use for church coffee service-the cups are fine, ours never leaked like other reviews. Our problem is the lids are difficult to snap on-they crush before they are secure. Many of our guests are elderly-the 2 handed, equal application of pressure while sliding around in a circle with the thumbs with the cup on a flat surface is not really doable. We switched to another cup that the lid snaps on easily without a training session first.
